Mr. Doron Moshe has been Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Elbit Medical Technologies Ltd. since August 31, 2014. Mr. Moshe has been the Chief Executive Officer of Elbit Imaging Ltd. since March 31, 2016. He served as the Chief Financial Officer at Elbit Imaging Ltd. from January 1, 2010 to September 1, 2015 and served as its Acting Chief Executive Officer from April 1, 2015 to September 1, 2015. He served as Chief Financial Officer at Elbit Medical Technologies Ltd. He served as the Chief Controller of Elbit Imaging Ltd. since January 2006. He held the position of the Controller of Elbit's subsidiaries from 2001 to 2005. From 2000 to 2001, he was the Controller for a group of public companies in the fields of contracting, real estate and technology and from 1999 to 2000, he was a Senior in KPMG Israel. He has been a Director of Olive Software, Inc. since June 21, 2016. Mr. Moshe is a Certified Accountant and holds a B.A. in Accounting and Economics from the University of Haifa.

Mr. Jun Tao, also known as Jim, has been Chief Commercial Officer of InSightec Ltd. since March 01, 2017. Mr. Tao serves as Chief Commercial Officer at Elbit Imaging Ltd. He serves as Senior Vice President of Business Development and Strategic Marketing at INSIGHTEC. He is responsible for developing new business and identifying growth opportunities. He has been Vice President of Strategy and Business Development at Constellium France SAS since May 2014. Prior to joining INSIGHTEC, Mr. Tao served as Vice President of Strategy and Business Development at Constellium N.V. since May 2014, where he was responsible for mergers and acquisitions and additional business development activities. Prior to Constellium, he was a Managing Director of CITIC Capital Holdings, firm where he had various managerial roles for its portfolio of companies. He served as the Managing Director of CITIC Capital Partners, responsible for the overall development and leadership of their Portfolio of Operating companies in China. Before CITIC Capital, Mr. Tao was the Founder of the China operations for American Securities LLC. He served in various management and operations roles with the General Electric Company. As a Senior Member, he was in charge of their Portfolio Operating Group in China for 5 years. He served as Director of Asia-Pacific Operations at American Securities. He joined American Securities in 2006 and was a part of the its Resources Group. Formerly, he held Senior Executive positions GE. During his time at GE, he served as a General Manager at GE Healthcare, where he focused on strategic planning and profit and loss management for GE's Global Patient Monitor business. He also served as the General Manager at GE Healthcare China Sourcing. He held multiple positions in marketing, six sigma, services and manufacturing at GE in the United States. Mr. Tao holds a B.S. in Material Science and Engineering from Shanghai JiaoTong University, an M.S. in Material Science and Engineering from the University of Michigan and an M.B.A. from Marquette University.

Mr. Eyal Zadicario has been General Manager of InSightec Ltd. since January 2016. Mr. Zadicario served as Vice President of Research and Development and Director of Neuro Program for InSightec, Ltd. and served as its Neuro Programs Manager. He joined InSightec in 1999 and since then has held various positions in its Research and Development group. His first position was the team leader responsible for the design and development of the GUI of the ExAblate systems. Later, he was appointed as InSightec's Chief Software Architect. Since 2001, he has led the Brain Techno-clinical program in InSightec. In September 2008, he joined InSightec's management team and served as Director of Neuro Programs. Before joining InSightec, he spent 9 years in the Israeli Air Force Research and Development headquarters as a System Engineer and Project Manager for large scale army related aviation development projects. He was recognized for his achievements and was awarded the Israel Prime Minister prize for technology and innovation. He graduated from the Technion, Israel Institute of Technology in Aeronautical Engineering (Cum Laude) and completed his MSc (Summa Cum Laude) in computer science from the Tel Aviv University School of Mathematics.

Dr. Roni Yagel, Ph.D. serves as Vice President of International Markets - Insightec at Elbit Imaging Ltd. Dr. Yagel serves as Vice President of International Markets for InSightec Ltd. Dr. Yagel served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing at InSightec, Ltd. As the Vice President and Asia Pole Manager,. Dr. Yagel is responsible for marketing, sales, service, support, clinical research and regulatory affairs for InSightec in Asian countries. Dr. Yagel served as Vice President of Markets and Business Development at InSightec, Ltd. Dr. Yagel served as Vice President of Marketing and Sales International at InSightec, Ltd. Dr. Yagel served as Vice President for International Markets at InSightec, Ltd. Dr. Yagel joined InSightec in 1999 as the Director of Decision Support Systems and managed the team that built the software for ExAblate 2000. Before joining InSightec, Dr. Yagel served as the R&D Program Manager for Silicon Graphics. Dr. Yagel held various academic positions including Associate Professor, Department of Computer and Information Science at The Ohio State University. In 1992, he was a Visiting Scientist at the NASA Lewis Research Center. He began his career as a Researcher at State University of New York (SUNY), Stony Brook in the department of Physiology and Biophysics. Dr. Yagel has published more then 100 scientific papers and 3 books, has made over 40 presentations at international conferences and served in various positions in academic organizations and conferences. He also holds three patents and has been awarded Best Paper Award at the Visualization '97 Conference; the Ohio State University Lumley Engineering Research Award and Honors from the Israeli Parliament Committee of Education. Dr. Yagel received his Ph.D. in Computer Science from the State University of New York at Stony Brook. He also received a M.Sc. in Computer Science and B.Sc. Cum Laude, Mathematics and Computer Science, from Ben-Gurion University, Israel.

Mrs. Yael Naftali has been the Chief Financial Officer at Elbit Imaging Ltd. since May 2016. Mrs. Naftali served as Chief Controller at Elbit Imaging Ltd. from 2010 to May 2016 and Finance Director from January 2015 to May 2016.
