Mr. Jason Cho is an Executive Vice President of Strategy & Corporate Development at Eldorado Gold Corporation since November 2017. Mr. Cho is responsible for managing corporate and strategic development initiatives for the Company. He was a Vice President of Corporate Development at Eldorado Gold Corp., since January 2014 until November 2017. He joined Eldorado in March 2013 as Manager of Business Development. He has 20 years of experience in engineering, finance, capital markets and corporate development in the mining and materials sector. Mr. Cho holds a Bachelors of Applied Science in Geological Engineering from the University of British Columbia and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Toronto.

Ms. Dawn Lousie Moss has been an Executive Vice President of Administration at Eldorado Gold Corporation since July 1, 2012 and served as its Corporate Secretary since October 27, 2000 until February 5, 2017. Ms. Moss has over 25 years of administration experience in the resource industry. She served as Vice President of Administration at Eldorado Gold Corp., from March 2009 to December 31, 2012. She joined Eldorado as Corporate Administrator in November 1998. She served as Secretary of Frontier Pacific Mining Corp., since July 2008. She serves as a Vice Chairman of Canadian Society of Corporate Secretaries and has been its Director since 2012. She has been a Director of Glory Resources Limited since February 28, 2014. She served as a Director at Frontier Pacific Mining Corp., since July 2008. Ms. Moss is a Member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Canada, the Canadian Society of Corporate Secretaries and is an Accredited Director.

Ms. Fabiana E. Chubbs, also known as Fabi, has been the Chief Financial Officer of Eldorado Gold Corporation since June 1, 2011. Ms. Chubbs has over 23 years experience in tax, audit and business advisory services in international public companies. She served as Treasurer and Risk Manager at Eldorado Gold Corp from July 2008 to July 2011. She joined Eldorado in July 2007 as Treasurer Coordinator after a long association with Eldorado in her role of Senior Manager of PricewaterhouseCoopers Audit Group. She worked on the Eldorado account since December 1996. She is a Chartered Accountant (Canada) and a Certified Public Accountant (Argentina). She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Buenos Aires.

Mr. Paul James Skayman, FAusIMM, has been the Chief Operating Officer of Eldorado Gold Corporation since July 1, 2012. Mr. Skayman has over 25 years work experience in the mining industry with a solid background in metallurgy, mine and underground project planning and feasibility studies. He worked extensively in Australia, Africa and China in both mine development and operations. He joined Eldorado in September 2005 with it's acquisition of Afcan Mining Corporation, where he provided leadership for the development and construction of the Tanjianshan Gold Mine, China as Project Manager of Tanjianshan Gold Project and provided leadership & management for the development of the Tanjianshan Gold Project. He served as an Executive of Afcan Mining Corporation. He served as Senior Vice President of Operations at Eldorado Gold Corp. from December 2009 to July 1, 2012 and its Vice President of Operations from August 2008 to December 2009. He is a Fellow of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy. Mr. Skayman holds a Bachelor of Science (Extractive Metallurgy) from the Murdoch University WA.
