Mr. James Barry, also known as Jim, has been the President of Eltek USA Inc. of Eltek Ltd. since September 2008. Mr. Barry has over 30 years experience within PCB industry. Since May 2003, Mr. Barry served as a Consultant to Eltek in a sales, marketing and applications engineering role. Mr. Barry has held management positions within Engineering, Sales and Operations for some of the top PCB producers. Mr. Barry has attended Northern Essex Community College and has focused coursework in mechanical engineering, failure analysis and materials engineering.

Mr. Avraham Gal, also known as Avi, serves as the Chief Executive Officer at Minerva Cardionet Ltd. Mr. Gal has been the Chief Information Officer and Vice President at Eltek Ltd. since December 2009 and December 28, 2016 respectively. Mr. Gal served as Vice President of 5S at Eltek Ltd. from December 2009 to December 28, 2016. He served as General Manager of Kubatronik at Eltek Ltd. from July 2013 to December 28, 2016 and served as its General Manager of Eltek Europe from May 2015 to December 28, 2016. He combines scientific and academic activities with extensive business development experience in life sciences projects. He joined Eltek in August 1986 as an Industrial Engineer in Shop Floor Control department. In 1988 he established the IT department and led the adaptation of generic ERP system to the PCB Sector. From 1994 to 2005, Mr. Gal self employed, mainly in developing and implementing an ERP System for the Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul at the Aviation sector. Since 2005, Mr. Gal served at Eltek as the Chief I.T. Officer at Eltek Group. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical engineering. Mr. Gal holds a B.Sc. Degree in Management and Industrial Engineering from Technion - Israel Institute of Technology.

Mr. Amnon Shemer has been the Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Finance at Eltek Ltd. since joining in February 2004. Prior to Eltek Ltd., Mr. Shemer served as Managing Director for Mea Control Transfer Ltd., from January 2003 to November 2003. From June 1995 to August 2002, he served as Vice President of Finance for Mentergy Ltd. Mr. Shemer holds a B.A. degree in Economics and Business Administration and M.A. degree in Economics, both from Bar-Ilan University and complementing accounting courses at Seneca College in Toronto, Canada.

Mr. Eliyahu Dvora, also known as Eli, has been a Vice President of Operations at Eltek Ltd. since September 1999. Mr. Dvora joined Eltek Ltd. in 1993 after merger with TPC Ltd. and served as Comptroller until August 1997. From September 1997 until February 1998, Mr. Dvora was self-employed. In March 1998, Mr. Dvora rejoined Eltek Ltd. Mr. Dvora holds a B.A. degree in Economics and an M.B.A. degree, both from Bar Ilan University.

Mr. Nissim Gilam is self-employed since April 2002. Mr. Gilam served as Managing Director at Ney Agencies Ltd., an Israeli company engaged as a sales agent of raw materials and machinery sold by trading companies from September 1993 to March 2002. He served as Chief Executive Officer at Eltek Ltd. from January 1990 to March 1991. From September 1987 to September 1993, he served as Vice President-finance at Merhav M.N.F. Ltd., an Israeli company that constructs turnkey projects in, among other fields, refineries, energy and agriculture. Mr. Gilam has been Chairman of board of Eltek Ltd. since December 1, 1998 and as its Director since January 1996. Mr. Gilam is a Member of the Board of Directors of Israel Steel Corporation, Eliyaho Insurance Company and Alben Properties and Investments Ltd. He served as an External Director of Eliahu Insurance Company Ltd. Previously, he served as a Director of Eltek Ltd. from January 1990 to March 1991.
