Mr. Andrew G. Sculley, Jr., has been the President and Chief Executive Officer of eMagin Corporation. since June 1, 2008 and was appointed to the Board of Directors on November 2, 2009. Mr. Sculley served as General Manager of Kodak's Display Business and as the Chief Financial Officer of Kodak's Display Business, among other senior positions at Kodak. He served as the General Manager of Kodak's OLED Systems Business Unit and Vice President of Kodak's Display Business, where he forged a number of alliances with flat panel display manufacturers from 2004 to 2008. He served positions of increasing seniority over a 28 year period at Eastman Kodak, including positions in strategic planning, finance, legal and purchasing and served as Manager of Operations and Chief Financial Officer of Kodak Japan Ltd from 1996 to 2001. He has been a Director at eMagin Corp., since June 1, 2008. He served as a Director of Kodak Japan Limited from 1996 to 2001 and SK Display, a joint venture between Sanyo and Kodak to manufacture active matrix OLED displays from 2003 to 2006. He holds an MBA from Carnegie-Mellon University and an MS in physics from Cornell University. He attended Harvard University's International Senior Management Program while an executive at Kodak.

Dr. Amalkumar Ghosh, also known as Amal, has been Senior Vice President of Research and Development at eMagin Corporation. since April 2009. Dr. Ghosh served as Vice President, OLED Research and Development at Emagin Corp since 2005. Dr. Ghosh, who has done pioneering work in OLED materials research at both Eastman Kodak Company and eMagin Corporation, is responsible for new microdisplay technology development, government programs, intellectual property and manufacturing process engineering. Dr. Ghosh has more than thirty years of leading industrial research and development experience. Prior to joining eMagin, Dr. Ghosh was with IBM Corporation for nearly ten years, both at the T. J. Watson Research Laboratories as well as at the East Fishkill Microelectronics Division, where he contributed to numerous programs involving semiconductor technology and liquid crystal display technologies flat panel displays. He served as President of Society for Information Display Since 2014 until May 24, 2016. Dr. Ghosh served as Program Manager, OLED Technology Laboratory at Eastman Kodak Company, here he played a key role towards OLED display technology development From 2002 to 2005. His work during this period laid the foundations for OLED microdisplay technology. He has many publications and patents to his credit and has received numerous awards and recognitions from the Society for Information Display, including being nominated a Fellow of the Society. Dr. Ghosh has published numerous research papers in accredited journals and also has numerous issued patents to his credit. In 2003, Dr. Ghosh received a Special Recognition Award from the Society for Information Displays (SID) for his work in flat panel displays. Dr. Ghosh is a member of the Board of Directors of Society for Information Display, the Director of the Mid-Atlantic Chapter of Society for Information Display and has been named Program Chair for Society for Information Display's 2006 International Conference. Dr. Ghosh earned a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in physics from Poona University. Dr. Ghosh obtained a Ph.D. degree in Physics from Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Cambridge, MA in 1985.

Mr. Jeffrey P. Lucas has been the Chief Financial Officer at eMagin Corporation since September 14, 2015 and serves as its Chief Accounting Officer. Mr. Lucas served as the Managing Director of Neptune Advisors LLC. from 2010 to 2013. Mr. Lucas serves as a Trusted Advisor to Chief Executive Officers, investors and boards of directors. His specialty is providing financial leadership to middle market companies to strengthen their capital structure, improve financial performance and consummate corporate transactions. Mr. Lucas has a wealth of experience with a background in global manufacturing, product commercialization and strategy consulting. Mr. Lucas??? experience includes investment banking on Wall Street and securities analysis. Most recently, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of Transfreight Companies from 2013 to 2015, where he was responsible for leading the finance, information technology and business analytics teams. As Chief Financial Officer, he has raised debt and equity capital, negotiated credit facilities, managed companies in reorganization and served an integral role in the acquisition, integration and disposition of businesses in technology, industrial and consumer products and manufacturing. Mr. Lucas served as the Chief Financial Officer of GPX International Tire Corporation From 2006 to 2010. He served as the Chief Financial Officer of DS Waters of America. Mr. Lucas also served as the Chief Financial Officer of Robotic Vision Systems Inc. He served as the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President at Entrepreneurial Resources Group LLC. He served Chief Financial Officer at Acuity Cimatrix, Inc., a subsidiary of Robotic Vision Systems Inc. from May 02, 2003 to November 12, 2004 and also served as its Principal Accounting Officer, Treasurer, Secretary and Senior Vice President until November 12, 2004. in which he led a recapitalization and the sale of its largest division. Additionally, he served as the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of Micro Networks Corporation. Mr. Lucas was the President Director of the Harvard Business School Association of Boston. He is a Member of the Board of Directors of the CFO Alliance and the Association for Corporate Growth (Boston). Mr. Lucas is a Certified Public Accountant and a Chartered Financial Analyst. Mr. Lucas holds an MBA in Finance from Harvard Business School in 1987 and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Tufts University in 1982.

Mr. Olivier Prache serves as a Senior Vice President of Product Development since September 2012 and served as its Senior Vice President of Display Operations and Development at eMagin Corporation from 2005 to 2012. Mr. Prache served as Senior Vice President of Display Operations and Development at eMagin Corporation. from February 2005 to 2012, after overseeing microdisplay product development at the eMagin Corp's. since 1995 when he joined the eMagin Corp.'s predecessor, FED Corporation. He was employed by Philips-LCOS from 2002 until 2004 when he rejoined the eMagin Corp. Mr. Prache, formerly Vice President of Display Development at eMagin, will be responsible for managing OLED manufacturing, engineering, microdisplay design and R&D. According to Jones, 'Olivier's leadership ability and his understanding of customer requirements make him ideal for this role.' Prior to joining the eMagin Corp.'s predecessor in 1995, he worked for Pixtech in France and OIS Optical Imaging Systems in Troy, Michigan. Mr. Prache held responsibilities for program management and development of electronics and packaging for field emissive and active matrix liquid crystal displays with Pixtech in France and OIS Optical Imaging Systems in Troy, MI and more recently at Philips managing LCOS display product development. He earned an M.S. degree in electronics from E.N.S.E.R.G., in Grenoble, France in 1983. He holds several patents related to the design of OLED-on-silicon microdisplays and has published numerous papers.

Mr. Stephen Costello, also known as Steve, has been Senior Vice President of Strategic Partnerships of eMagin Corporation since September 2016. Mr. Costello served as Vice President of Community Development at Aras Corporation from August 6, 2015 to September 15, 2016 and served as its Vice President of Operations. Mr. Costello was responsible for community development and sales, including direct and indirect channels at Aras Corporation. He has more than 25 years of experience in sales and sales leadership for technology companies, including extensive experience in commercializing disruptive technologies, go to market strategy, building sales channels and scaling sales organizations. From 2010 to 2014, he served as Head of Sales at SpaceClaim Corp. He has successfully commercialized military technology in Industrial, Enterprise and Consumer segments with multiple companies including BAE Systems and DigitalGlobe. He served as Vice President of Sales - Americas at SpaceClaim Corporation, Inc. He has held senior-level sales positions in both large and small companies, including DigitalGlobe, successful IPO in 2009, BAE Systems and Z Corporation. He was Director of Sales for DigitalGlobe, where he led the America's enterprise sales team. Mr. Costello holds BS degree in Marketing and Economics from Babson College and M.S. degree in Marketing from Bentley College.
