Nice people, interesting work. Hard to say what I like best because I like a lot!
Compensation needs improvement. If more options can't be offered or other benefits can't be more value, salaries should be higher.
My teammates are the best! I wish I could see them more outside of work. We hire not just competent people, but GOOD people.
Executives have to be kind of detached and business-focused, but our execs keep in touch with everyone and don't hide their human sides. They've done a good job leading us through the pandemic especially.
My interview was a few years ago and for a new position, so I can't comment on the overall interview process now. From the new hires we have brought on lately it seems like a pretty good system.
The work is challenging in an interesting way but even tough timelines and ambitious goals don't turn the employees into hamsters running in wheels...you are a person first. I truly enjoy getting to know the people at the company.
Really positive overall. Embroker USA openly values social justice without being obnoxiously pushy about it, while Embroker Serbia is one of the most equitable places I've ever seen and offers fantastic opportunities to folks there. Not everyone is BFFs, but we all get along quite well and enjoy it!
My salary is a bit lower than where someone in my position/experience would be at now, but other comp details don't quite make up for it. More stock options, cheaper health and dental costs, a 401(k) match...all of those could even it out, but it falls a little short.
