Smart, caring, thoughtful, hard working
Absolute clown company. Not a viable insurance brokerage in any way, shape or form. A traditional brokerage with none of the resources.
Super friendly people and a great culture, interesting international office setup, and while the subject matter might seem boring (commercial insurance) there's always something interesting to do! Compensation could be a bit better but overall it's a great place to be.
I like that we are building something bigger than ourselves.
