What did you like most about the interview process?It was great at the time, but it all turned out to be lies.
What do you like best about your company?Nice people, interesting work. Hard to say what I like best because I like a lot!
What would you most like to see improved at your company?Compensation needs improvement. If more options can't be offered or other benefits can't be more value, salaries should be higher.
What would you most like to see improved at your company?We need to act with more of a sense of urgency.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?My salary is a bit lower than where someone in my position/experience would be at now, but other comp details don't quite make up for it. More stock options, cheaper health and dental costs, a 401(k) match...all of those could even it out, but it falls a little short.
