What makes you most happy at work?
The work is challenging in an interesting way but even tough timelines and ambitious goals don't turn the employees into hamsters running in wheels...you are a person first. I truly enjoy getting to know the people at the company.

Nice people, interesting work. Hard to say what I like best because I like a lot!
I like that we are building something bigger than ourselves.
What would you most like to see improved at your company?
Compensation needs improvement. If more options can't be offered or other benefits can't be more value, salaries should be higher.
We need to act with more of a sense of urgency.
