Mr. William C. Marsh has been the Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer and President of Emclaire Financial Corp. since January 1, 2009. From February 2006 to June 2006, he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Allegheny Valley BanCorp. Inc. and Allegheny Valley Bank of Pittsburgh. From March 2005 to February 2006, he served as Chief Financial Officer of InterTECH Security LLC and Senior Vice President at Emclaire Financial Corp., from August 2001 to October 2003. He served as Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of NSD BanCorp. Inc., since October 2003 and Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of North Side Bank, a subsidiary of NSD BanCorp. Inc. from October 2003 to February 2005. Mr. Marsh also served as Principal Accounting Officer of NSD BanCorp. Inc. and North Side Bank. He served as Secretary and Treasurer of Emclaire Financial Corp., from 2001 to October 3, 2003. He served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of The Farmers National Bank of Emlenton from August 2001 to October 3, 2003 and also its Treasurer and Secretary from 2001 to October 31, 2003. He also served as Principal Accounting Officer of Emclaire Financial Corp. and The Farmers National Bank of Emlenton. From September 1999 to November 2000, he served as Corporate Controller for AquaSource, Inc.; from August 1998 to September 1999, he served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Pennsylvania Capital Bank. From June 1997 to August 1998, he served as Vice President and Treasurer/Controller of ESB Financial Corp. Prior to August 2001, he was self-employed as a Certified Public Accountant. He served as a Manager in the financial services audit practice of KPMG, LLP in Pittsburgh, PA. Mr. Marsh has been a Director of Emclaire Financial Corp., and The Farmers National Bank of Emlenton since 2006. He has been a Director of Federal Home Loan Bank of Pittsburgh since January 2012. He served as an Advisory Board Member of Beaver Steel Services, Inc. from 2010 to 2011. He is a Member of the Pennsylvania Association of Community Bankers, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the American Bankers Association and the Financial Managers Society. He was a Board Member of the Allegheny-Clarion Valley Kiwanis from 2006 to 2012. He was a Director, the Board of Directors of the Community Development Corporation of Butler County from 2008 to 2015. He is a Vice Chairman of the Board's Affordable Housing, Products and Services (AHPS). He was the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Pennsylvania Bankers Association. He was an Advisory Board Member for the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland's Community Depository Institutions Advisory Council from 2011 to 2015. He was an Advisory Board Member for the Clarion University of Pennsylvania College of Business Administration Advisory Council. Mr. Marsh graduated from Clarion University of Pennsylvania in 1998.

Ms. Jennifer A. Roxbury has been Assistant Secretary at Emclaire Financial Corp. since 2016. Ms. Roxbury has been the Chief Operating Officer and Senior Vice President of the Farmers National Bank of Emlenton since October 2011. She served as the Chief Operating Officer and Senior Vice President of Human Resources of Nextier Bank, N.A. since June 2008. She served as Senior Vice President of Operations and Human Resources of NexTier Bank. She is on the Board of Directors for the United Way of Butler County and is Chairperson of the United Way Strategic Planning committee. She also completed a two-year term on the Butler County Chamber of Commerce board of directors. She created NexTier's Junior Bank Board in 2001, a program that offers high school juniors and seniors the opportunity to learn about banking and the role banks play in the community and the economy. She also received the Distinguished Service Award from the Rotary Clubs of Butler and the Butler County Chamber of Commerce in 2006 in recognition of her outstanding community service and achievements. She was the inaugural recipient of the Butler County Employee of the Year Award in 2005. Ms. Roxbury also received the first annual S.J. Irvine, Jr. Leadership Award from her peers at NexTier. She is a Graduate of Leadership Butler County.

Ms. Amanda L. Engles has been CFO & Treasurer at Emclaire Financial Corp. since June 21, 2017. Ms. Engles served as the Principal Accounting Officer, Secretary and Controller at Emclaire Financial Corp until June 21, 2017. Ms. Engles served as Vice President and Controller of the Farmers National Bank of Emlenton from October 2007 to June 21, 2017 and serves as its Director of Finance. She served as the Principal Accounting Officer and Treasurer at Emclaire Financial Corp. from January 1, 2009 to August 2010 and from October 2007 to August 2010 respectively and served as its Chief Financial Officer until August 2010. She holds a Master of Business Administration degree and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree, with a concentration in Accounting, from Clarion University of Pennsylvania.

Mr. David L. Cox served as Executive Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President at Emclaire Financial Corp. from 1996 to December 31, 2008. Mr. Cox also served as Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer and President of The Farmers National Bank of Emlenton since 1997. He joined The Farmers National Bank of Emlenton in 1973 and began his career as a teller and loan officer in the Farmers National Bank of Emlenton since 1991. He serves as Vice Chairman at Emclaire Financial Corp. and also its subsidiary The Farmers National Bank of Emlenton since January 1, 2009. He has been Executive Director of Emclaire Financial Corp. since 1991. Mr. Cox has been a Director of The Farmers National Bank of Emlenton since 1991.

Mr. Matthew J. Lucco, also known as Matt, has been Chief Risk & Strategy Officer and Secretary at Emclaire Financial Corp. since June 21, 2017. Mr. Lucco served as Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President at Emclaire Financial Corp. and Farmers National Bank of Emlenton from August 2010 to June 21, 2017. Mr. Lucco served as the Treasurer at Emclaire Financial Corp. from August 2010 to June 21, 2017. He is an Associate at F.N.B. Capital Corporation, LLC since December 2005. In this position, he conducts in-depth research and analysis of private equity and investment opportunities, assists senior professionals in structuring, researching and negotiating investments in target companies and assists in the oversight of the internal operations at F.N.B. Capital Corporation. Mr. Lucco also manages several portfolio investments and attends regular Board meetings of the portfolio companies. He has advised company executives during strategic planning sessions in an effort to drive revenue growth and enhance financial performance. He has also provided investment banking services to existing clientele, including the valuation and analysis of add-on acquisition opportunities and the structuring of related transactions. Prior to his employment with F.N.B. Capital Corporation, Mr. Lucco served as a Financial Analyst at F.N.B. Corporation, where he developed fluid financial models for use by the Chief Financial Officer in the assessment of various economic impacts on both corporate performance and the creation of shareholder value. He also developed and implemented robust relationship pricing models used to enhance profitability and analyzed comprehensive performance reports. He has also served on due diligence teams and coordinated financial models with investment bankers on the analysis of corporate acquisition targets. Prior to joining F.N.B. Corporation, he was a Credit Analyst at First National Bank of Slippery Rock. A high honors graduate of Grove City (PA) College with a B.S. degree in Finance, Mr. Lucco holds an MBA degree with emphasis in Finance and Strategy from the University Of Pittsburgh Katz Graduate School Of Business.
