Ms. Deborah Deibert has been the Chief Financial Officer of Emerge Energy Services GP LLC, the General Partner of Emerge Energy Services LP since February 10, 2016. Ms. Deibert served as Chief Accounting Officer of Emerge Energy Services GP LLC, the General Partner of Emerge Energy Services LP since November 13, 2015 until February 10, 2016. Prior to this, she served as the Director of Financial Reporting at Emerge Energy Services GP LLC. Prior to this, she served as the Senior Director of Financial Reporting of FTS International, Inc. from 2011 to 2013. From 2007 to 2011, she served as Senior Director of SEC Reporting & International Finance of Blockbuster Inc. and previously has held various finance and accounting positions since 1988. Ms. Deibert holds a B.B.A. in Accounting from the University of Texas at Arlington.

Ms. Nadya Kurani has been Chief Accounting Officer of Emerge Energy Services GP LLC - General Partner at Emerge Energy Services LP since February 10, 2016. Ms. Kurani served as the Director of Financial Reporting of Emerge Energy Services GP LLC and as Financial Reporting Manager prior to that role. Ms. Kurani served as Financial Reporting Manager of Dave & Buster's Entertainment, Inc. from April 2013 to November 2014. Prior to that role, Ms. Kurani served at American Eagle Airlines as Accounting Manager from February 2012 to April 2013 as Financial Reporting Manager from June 2011 to January 2012. From September 2009 to June 2011, Ms. Kurani served as Financial Reporting Manager at Thomas Group, Inc. and previously has held various accounting positions since 2003. Ms. Kurani holds a B.B.A. in accounting from Midwestern State University. She is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Colorado.

Mr. Warren B. Bonham has been a Partner at Insight Equity since February 2012. Mr. Bonham has been Vice President of Emerge Energy Services GP LLC, the General Partner of Emerge Energy Services LP since April 2012. Mr. Bonham leads the operational efforts at Insight Equity to enhance portfolio company performance. Mr. Bonham works closely with company management teams and Insight Equity personnel in an effort to reduce costs, accelerate revenue growth and develop value maximizing long-term strategies across the portfolio. Mr. Bonham has been President and Chief Executive Officer of Insight Equity Acquisition Partners, LP (Direct Fuels L.P.) since July 2006 and January 2008 respectively. He served as the Chief Executive Officer of Direct Fuels and President of Fuel Division at Emerge Energy Services GP LLC, the General Partner of Emerge Energy Services LP since March 22, 2013 to August 2016. He served as an Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at GES Exposition Services, Inc. from April 2002 to June 2006. Mr. Bonham served as an Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Electrolux LLC. He served as Senior Manager at Bain & Company from 1995 to 1998, where he led many strategy and operational improvement cases in many different industries on three different continents. Mr. Bonham served as Vice President of Hirschfeld Holdings Management Company LLC, Hirschfeld Steel, and the general partner of Hirschfeld Holdings LP from July 2006 to June 2008 and assisted with asset purchase and disposition transactions as well as with various other special projects. His most notable work included profit enhancement projects at Continental Airlines, Hilti, Frito Lay, Trizec and South African Airways. Mr. Bonham serves as an Executive Director of Zink Acquisition Holdings Inc. He has been a Director of Hirschfeld Holdings LP since November 2009. He has been a Director of Emerge Energy Services GP LLC since April 2012. He serves on the Board of Directors of APP Holdings Management Inc., AvTurf, Atwood Mobile Products, Superior Silica Sands, VPG Group Holdings LLC, BFN Investment Holdings LLC, The Berry Family of Nurseries, Meadow Valley Holdings LLC (including RMX, Saiia and American Civil Constructors), Superior Silica Holdings LLC, Versatile Processing Group, A.P. Plasman, Flanders, New Star Metals and Micross Components, AEC Holdings LLC, Atwood Holdings LLC and Aviation Investment Holdings LLC. He also maintains a Chartered Accountant designation. Mr. Bonham received his MBA from the Harvard Business School. He received his Bachelor of Commerce degree from Queen's University and was the class valedictorian.
