Mr. Douglas D. Dirks has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of Employers Holdings, Inc. since April 2005. He has been the Chief Administrative Officer of Employers Holdings, Inc., since February 2007 and as its Executive Vice President since June 2008. Mr. Nelson has been Senior Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer of Employers Insurance Company of Nevada (EICN), a subsidiary of Employers Holdings, Inc., since July 2004. He has been Senior Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer of Employers Compensation Insurance Company (ECIC) since February 2007. Mr. Nelson serves as Senior Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer of Employers Group, Inc. He served as Senior Vice President of Employers Holdings, Inc., since February 2007. Prior to Employers Holdings, Inc., he served as Vice President of Human Resources & Administration at Fielding Graduate University in Santa Barbara, California, from October 1993 to June 2004. Mr. Michael Scott Paquette, also known as Mike, has been Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Employers Holdings, Inc. since January 01, 2017. Mr. Paquette is responsible for Employers Holdings, Inc.'s Financial Reporting, Treasury, Corporate Planning, Investor Relations and Internal Audit Departments. Mr. Stephen V. Festa, also known as Steve, has been the Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President of Employers Holdings, Inc. (formerly know as EIG Mutual Holdings) since August 25, 2013 and is responsible for overseeing all of EMPLOYERS Workers??? Compensation business. Mr. Festa serves as the Chief Claims Officer and Senior Vice President of Employers Insurance Group. He has been the Senior Vice President and Chief Claims Officer of EICN and ECIC of Employers Holdings, Inc. since 2004. He served as the Chief Claims Officer and Senior Vice President of Employers Holdings, Inc., since 2004 until August 25, 2013. He served as Secretary and Treasurer of California Insurance Guarantee Association. Mr. Festa has over 20 years of multi-line claims experience within the insurance industry. He held several claims, technical and management positions. Mr. Festa served as Executive Vice President of Crawford and Company from 1998 to 2003 and led its Third Party Administrator (TPA) division. He has been Director of Employers Insurance Company of Nevada and Chairman of Board of Governors at California Insurance Guarantee Association since May 2012 and served as its Vice Chair of Board of Governors since December 7, 2011. He has served as a Director of Arbitration Forums Inc. Mr. Festa attended the University of Southern California and also completed the Advanced Executive Education Program sponsored by American Institute for Chartered Property Casualty Underwriters and the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Mr. Lenard Thomas Ormsby has served as Executive Vice President, General Counsel, Chief Legal Officer and Secretary of Employers Holdings, Inc. since February 2007. He was appointed Corporate Secretary to Employers Group, Inc. (???EGI???) in April 2005, General Counsel in October 2006 and Chief Legal Officer in November 2006. (EOH) from 2002 to January 2014 when it merged into EIG Services, Inc., EGI since April 2005, and as Assistant Secretary of Employers Preferred Insurance Company (???EPIC???), Employers Assurance Company (???EAC???) and EIG Services, Inc. (and their predecessors) since November 2008, as well as Pinnacle Benefits, Inc. and AmSERV, Inc. (and their predecessors) from November 2008 to June 2013 when they merged into EIG Services, Inc. Mr. Ormsby has been a Director of ECIC since June 2004, EICN since April 2007, and EPIC, EAC and EIG Services, Inc. (and their predecessors) since November 2008 and Pinnacle Benefits, Inc. and AmSERV, Inc. (and their predecessors) from November 2008 to June 2013. He was Chief Operating Officer of the Nevada State Industrial Insurance System (the ???Fund???) and EICN from 1999 to June 2002 and General Counsel of the Fund from 1995 to 1999. Before joining the Fund, Mr. Ormsby was a Partner in the Nevada law firm of McDonald, Carano, Wilson, McCune, Bergin, Frankovich & Hicks. Mr. Ormsby is a retired Lt. Colonel from the U.S. Military where he served for over 25 years in the Nebraska and Nevada Air National Guard and the U.S. Air Force.
