Mr. James T. McManus, II, has been the Chief Executive Officer at Energen Corp. since July 1, 2007 and has been its President since January 1, 2006. Mr. David A. Godsey has been Senior Vice President of Exploration and Geology - Energen Resources at Energen Corporation since December 2012. Mr. Godsey serves as Senior Vice President of Exploration and Geology at Energen Resources Corporation. He has 34 years of experience in prospect generation and evaluation, exploration, exploitation and staff supervision including 28 years in the Permian Basin. Prior to joining Energen Resources, he worked at Chesapeake Energy where he served as Geoscience Manager - Permian Basin. He also served as Project Geologist at EOG Resources and was a founding partner and co-owner of Enerquest Resources, Chief Geologist for Matador Petroleum and Exploration Manager for TXO Production in the Permian Basin and the Texas Onshore Gulf Coast. In addition, he worked as Geologist for Threshold Development Company and Lab Supervisor for Core Laboratories. He is a graduate of Stephen F. Austin State University.

Mr. Charles W. Porter, also known as Chuck, Jr., has been the Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer and Vice President at Energen Corp, since January 01, 2007. He has been an Officer of Alabama Gas Corp. since 1988. Mr. Woodruff served as General Counsel and Secretary of Energen Corporation since January 1, 2003 until December 31, 2017. He served as Vice President of Corporate Development of Energen Corp. since October 1995 until December 31, 2017. He served as Vice President of Corporate Development of Alabama Gas Corp. since January 1, 2003. Mr. Woodruff also served as an Assistant Secretary of Energen at Alabama Gas Corp. and Energen Corp. from April 1991 to January 1, 2003. Mr. Woodruff served as Vice President of Legal of Energen Corp., the holding company of Alabama Gas Corp., and each of its subsidiaries since April 1991. He serves as a member of the Vestavia Hills Board of Education and is a Director of the Birmingham Metro YMCA. He serves on various committees of the Business Council of Alabama and the Birmingham Chamber of Commerce. Before joining Alagasco, he served with the law firm of Bradley, Arant, Rose & White. He is a member of Alabama and Florida Bar Associations and is a Florida Certified Public Accountant. Mr. Woodruff earned his Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina and his law degree from the University of Virginia School of Law.

Mr. John S. Richardson has been the Chief Operating Officer and President at Energen Resources Corporation, a subsidiary of Energen Corporation since January 1, 2006 and January 23, 2008 respectively. Mr. Davis E. Richards serves as Senior Vice President of Operations at Energen Corp. Mr. Richards has been Vice President of Drilling and Completions at Energen Resources Corporation since October 1, 2013. With a particular knowledge of horizontal drilling and shale well completions, he is responsible for the drilling and completions operations for the Energen's oil and gas exploration and production unit. Mr. Richards has more than 35 years of experience in drilling, completion, reservoir and production operations. He served as General Manager of Completions for EP Energy's domestic operations. From 2009 to 2012, he served as General Manager of Drilling for Domestic Operations at El Paso Exploration and Production Company, which he joined in 1999. He began his career with Sonat Exploration Company in 1977, advancing to Vice President of Operations and EHS in 1998. Mr. Richards earned his Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Alabama.

Gary Brink serves as the Vice President-San Juan Basin Operations of Energen. Gary started at Energen in Jan of 2011. Gary currently resides in the Albuquerque, New Mexico Area.

Lynn Lovelady serves as the Vice President - Information Technology, Energen and Subsidiaries of Energen. Lynn started at Energen in Feb of 1999. Lynn currently resides in the Birmingham, Alabama Area.
