Mr. Holmes served as President and Chief Commercial Officer of Resonant Inc. since February 29, 2016 until January 13, 2017. Mr. Holmes served as Chief Commercial Officer at Tigo Energy, Inc. since November 18, 2015. Mr. Holmes served as Consultant of Energous Corporation since October 5, 2015. Mr. Holmes has over 30 years of leadership experience in sales & marketing and management spanning a broad range of technologies, including semiconductor, optical components and systems and sub-systems. He has executive management experience in companies of varying sizes, from start-ups to multi-billion dollar corporations, with extensive experience in turn-around and rapid growth opportunities. He served as Chief Commercial Officer of Energous Corporation until October 5, 2015. Mr. Holmes served as Senior Vice President of Sales & Marketing at Energous Corporation since May 2014 and served as its Vice President of Sales & Marketing since October 2013 until May 2014. Mr. Holmes served as Vice President of Worldwide Sales at SolarBridge Technologies, Inc. from February 2011 to June 2013. He was responsible for all sales, business development, applications and sales operations activities for the SolarBridge. Mr. Holmes served as a Partner at aAgave Solutions, LLC since 2007. He served as Senior Vice President of Sales & Marketing at Pure Energy Solutions, Inc. from January 2008 to December 2010. Mr. Holmes served as Vice President of Sales & Marketing and Business Development of X1 Technologies, Inc. since October 2005. He served as acting Vice President of Sales for Powercast Corporation. Prior to X1 Technologies, Mr. Holmes served as Management Consultant focused on the publishing and private equity markets, identifying key market and customer trends. He served as Vice President of North America of Agere Systems, where he was tasked with re-building the North American sales team and developing its national channel strategy. He served as Vice President of Worldwide Sales of Ortel Corporation since November 1997 and served as its Executive Officer since June 1998. He served as Vice President of Broadband Sales of Ortel Corporation from July 1997 to November 1997. He served as Vice President of Worldwide Sales for Aval Communications from November 1996 to June 1997. He served as Vice President of Worldwide Sales for Level One Communications from August 1994 to November 1996. Prior to 1994, he served various sales, marketing, operations and finance positions at SymmetriCom. Mr. Holmes has been a Director of Resonant Inc. since February 29, 2016. Mr. Holmes holds a B.A. in Business from University of Puget Sound, Diploma in International Business from Nyenrode University in The Netherlands and completed the AEA Executive Institute, Management of Technology Companies program at Stanford University.
