Mr. Ian Charles Dundas, B.Comm., LLB, has been the Chief Executive Officer and President at Enerplus Corporation since July 1, 2013. Prior thereto, he served as Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Corporate Development at MedMira Inc., a publicly traded biotechnology company since 1999. From 1996 to 2000, he served as Associate, Manager and Director of the merchant capital group of Enron Canada Corp. Mr. Dundas has been a Director of Enerplus Corporation since July 1, 2013. Mr. Dundas serves as Member of Special Committee of Salamander Energy (Canada) Holdings Corp. He served as a Director of Mission Oil & Gas Inc. since November 11, 2004. Mr. Dundas served as a Director of SSP Offshore Inc. since December 2002 until September 2014. He served as a Director of Storm Resources Ltd. Mr. Dundas served as a Director of StarPoint Energy Ltd., an administrator of Starpoint Energy Trust. Mr. Dundas served as a Director of Crescent Point Resources Inc. He served as a Director of VenPath Investments Inc. since December 2002. He was admitted to the Alberta Bar in 1995. Mr. Dundas holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Distinction) degree from the University of Calgary and a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Alberta.

Mr. Eric G. Le Dain, P. Eng., MBA has been Senior Vice President of Corporate Development & Commercial at Enerplus Corporation since July 2013 and served as its Senior Vice President of Strategic Planning Reserves and Marketing since 2011 and also served as Vice President of Strategic Planning, Reserves & Marketing since March 2010. Mr. Le Dain served as Vice President of Strategic Planning Reserves & Marketing at EnerMark Inc. He served as Vice President of Marketing at Enerplus Resources Fund since March 2010. Mr. Le Dain served as Vice President of Regulatory Environment and Marketing at EnerMark Inc. since December 2008. He served as Vice President of Marketing at EnerMark Inc., a subsidiary of Enerplus Resources Fund since September 9, 2006. Mr. Le Dain has over 23 years of industry experience, most recently as Executive Director of Energy Marketing for J.P. Morgan Commodities Canada Corporation (also known as UBS Commodities Canada Ltd.) In addition, he has held marketing and engineering positions at Enron Canada, Shell Canada Limited and Husky. He started his career at Husky Oil Operations Ltd. as a project engineer with the Bi-Provincial Upgrader project. He served as Executive Director of J.P. Morgan Commodities Canada Corporation. Mr. Le Dain holds a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Calgary and a Bachelor of Applied Sciences in Mechanical Engineering degree from Queen's University.

Mr. Edward L. McLaughlin, MBA, BSc has been the President of U.S. Operations at Enerplus Corporation since May 2012. Mr. McLaughlin oversees the day-to-day activities of Bakken oil play in North Dakota and Montana as well as Marcellus natural gas assets in the northeastern U.S. He joined Enerplus in 2011 as Manager of Land. Mr. McLaughlin has more than 30 years of oil and gas experience in the U.S. and has held numerous senior positions within the industry, including President of the U.S. subsidiary of a major oil and gas company. He served as Vice President of Corporate Development at Venoco, Inc. since December 2010. Mr. McLaughlin served as Vice President of Operations - U.S. Rockies at Petro-Canada. He served as Vice-President of Land at Petro-Canada Resources (USA) Inc. He served as President of Petro-Canada Resources (USA) since 2007. He served as Vice President of Land at Prima Energy Corp., since September 2003. Prior to Prima Energy Corp., Mr. McLaughlin served as Vice-President of Land and Business Development for Ensign Oil & Gas, Inc., Director of Business Development for EnCana Oil & Gas (USA) Inc., and Vice-President of Land for Ocean Energy Resources (formerly UMC Petroleum Corp. & General Atlantic Resources). He is a current board member of IPAMS and board member of the Colorado Oil and Gas Association. He serves on the Board of Directors for the Southwest Denver YMCA. He is also a member of the Denver Association of Professional Landmen and served as President from 1999 to 2000. He is an active member of the American Association of Professional Landmen, where he chaired its 2003 National Convention. He was recognized as Landman of the Year in 2004. He is a Certified Professional Landman. Mr. McLaughlin received a B.S. in Business from the University of Denver and an MBA from the University of Colorado.

Ms. Jodine J. Jenson Labrie, B.Comm, C.A., CBV has been Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice-President of Enerplus Corporation since September 15, 2015. Ms. Labrie served as Vice President of Finance at Enerplus Corporation since July 2013 and served as its Controller of Finance since March 2006. She served as Controller of Finance at Enermark Inc., Manager at Enerplus Resources Fund since March 2006. Prior thereto, Ms. Labrie served as Manager of Finance and Senior Financial Accountant of Enerplus since September 2003. She served as 2nd Vice President of American Chartered Bank (a U.S. bank located in Illinois, U.S.A.) since October 2002. Prior thereto, she served as Senior Manager of Financial Advisory Services at KPMG Financial Services Inc. (an accounting and financial services firm).

Mr. Raymond J. Daniels, P.Eng., MBA, BSc engrg., also known as Ray has been Senior Vice President of Operations, People & Culture at Enerplus Corporation since January 14, 2017. Mr. Daniels served as Senior Vice President of Operations at Enerplus Corporation from May 2012 to January 14, 2017. Mr. Daniels served as Senior Vice President of Canadian Operations at Enerplus Corporation since April 2011 and also served as Vice President of Development Services until April 2011. Mr. Daniels has significant technical experience in conventional oil and gas production and also has extensive experience in the development and management of oil sands projects in Canada. He served as Vice President of Development Services & Oil Sands at Enerplus Resources Fund since 2009 and served as its Vice President of Oil Sands at Enermark Inc. from December 2007 to 2009. Mr. Daniels started his career in the oil and gas industry in Aberdeen working with Chevron Petroleum in various technical roles. For the past 23 years, he has held various management positions with Conoco UK Ltd. and with ConocoPhillips Canada, where he served as Vice-President of Surmont Development. He has been a Director at Anatolia Energy Corp. (formerly, Bolivar Energy Corp.) since December 2, 2011. Mr. Daniels holds a Masters of Business Administration from the Aberdeen University and Robert Gordon University and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the Aberdeen University.
