Ms. Lynn A. Dugle has been Chief Executive Officer at Engility Holdings, Inc. since March 21, 2016. She serves on the Raytheon Australia Board of Directors, the Southern Methodist University Graduate program Board of Knowledge and the Texans Credit Union Board of Directors. She has been a Director at Engility Holdings, Inc. since February 26, 2015. she has been Independent Director at State Street Corporation since December 21, 2015. She serves as a Director of Intelligence and National Security Alliance and TASC, Inc. She served as a Director of Raytheon Australia Pty Ltd. until March1, 2015. She is a Member of the Defense Science Board, the CyberPatriot Board of Advisors, the Clemson University's College of Engineering and Science (CoES) Advisory Board and the Raytheon Australia Board of Directors. Mr. Thomas O. Miiller, also known as Tom, has been Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Engility Holdings, Inc. since 2012. Mr. Miiller served as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Engility Services Inc (formerly, Engility Corporation). He has been Corporate Secretary at Dynamics Research Corporation since January 2014. He served as General Counsel and Senior Vice President of L-3 Services Group since 2004. He also served several legal positions with increasing responsibility at L-3 and its predecessor companies over 13 years, beginning in 1987. Mr. Miiller served as Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary at Allied Aerospace, Inc. from 2000 to 2004. He served as an attorney in the Dykema Gossett law firm in Washington D.C. He has been Director at Dynamics Research Corporation since January 2014. Mr. Miiller received a Juris Doctor degree from the National Law Center at George Washington University and a bachelor's degree in political science from the University of Utah.

Ms. Debra Scheider has been Senior Vice President of Contracts at Engility Holdings, Inc. since October 17, 2016. Ms. Scheider leads Engility's contracts organization that supports mission-critical programs around the world. She has 35 years of experience in federal contracting. She is an accomplished leader in market with a proven track record of directing high-performing contracts organizations. She joined Engility after a distinguished career in the intelligence community and the Department of Defense. She served as the Director of Contracts and the senior procurement executive at the National Reconnaissance Office (NRO) for over ten years where she managed contract acquisition planning, selection and execution. Prior to her role at the NRO, she held contracting leadership positions at the Central Intelligence Agency. Ms. Scheider serves on the board of directors for the National Contract Management Association and is a Director for the Procurement Round Table.

Mr. Scott Whatmough has been Senior Vice President of Defense Group at Engility Holdings, Inc. since March 27, 2017. Mr. Whatmough is a highly-respected and accomplished leader with strong relationships in the Pentagon and the Hill and he has proven experience growing businesses and developing high-performing teams. Mr. Whatmough joins Engility after 30 years at Raytheon, where he is led a $900-million military electronics systems business. Prior to that, he worked at RCA Government Systems and Sequoia Systems. During his tenure at Raytheon, he served on the advisory board at Worcester Polytechnic Institute's electrical and computer engineering department and he was the board chairman for MILCOM, the premier international conference for military communications hosted by AFCEA and IEEE. Mr. Whatmough holds a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Rhode Island.

Ms. Amanda Brownfield has been Senior Vice President and Group Leader of Intelligence Solutions Group at Engility Holdings, Inc. since February 23, 2017. Ms. Brownfield served as Senior Vice President of National Intelligence and an Account Executive of National Intelligence at Engility Holdings, Inc. since July 2015 until February 23, 2017. Ms. Brownfield served as an Intelligence Solutions and Analytics Sector Lead at TASC, Inc. She served as Vice President of Mission Analysis Business Unit at TASC, Inc. since January 23, 2013. Ms. Brownfield was responsible for leadership and overall management of work for two of TASC's intelligence customers and provide program-protection services to a broad range of government customers. She joined TASC after 15 years at SAIC, where she served as Vice President for a business unit supporting customers across the intelligence, defense and law-enforcement communities. She served as a leader of small project teams, large program teams and line units with P&L responsibility, serving customers across the Defense, Law Enforcement and Intelligence Communities. She was a Captain in the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, serving in the elite XVIII Airborne Corps at Fort Bragg, North Carolina. Ms. Brownfield earned a BA in Political Science at Duke University and an MBA at The George Washington University.

Mr. Mark J. Bruno has been Senior Vice President of Space Systems at Engility Holdings, Inc. since July 2015 and has been its Group Leader of Space Systems since February 23, 2017. Mr. Bruno served as Account Executive of Space Systems at Engility Holdings, Inc. since July 2015 until February 23, 2017. Mr. Bruno serves as a Space Systems Sector Lead at TASC, Inc. Mr. Bruno served as Vice President of Global Systems Business Unit at TASC, Inc. since September 03, 2013. A 20-year veteran of TASC, Mr. Bruno led systems engineers, technologists and other experts providing TASC's intelligence customers high-end systems engineering for space systems, ground systems, communications systems, mission operations and research and development. During the course of his career at TASC, Mr. Bruno has successfully led numerous large programs while developing deep experience in space systems engineering, systems development, complex acquisitions and program management. He leads a team of more than 1,100 systems engineers, technologists and other experts. He has over 30 years of experience in systems engineering and program management for the space and intelligence community. Before joining TASC in 1993, he held a variety of positions at HRB Singer (now Raytheon) in software engineering, project leadership and systems engineering and integration. Mr. Bruno earned a B.S. in computer science from University of Pittsburgh.
