Mr. Robert S. McLean, J.D. has been Chief Administrative Officer at EnPro Industries, Inc. since January 2016 and its General Counsel and Secretary since May 2012. In such transactions, he has addressed and managed employment, employee benefit, union, environmental, tax, real estate, insurance coverage, intellectual property, product and securities matters. Mr. McLean also has advised corporations and limited liability companies in a variety of commercial and corporate matters, including organizational issues, shareholder and operating agreements, capital and debt structures, joint ventures, board matters, including special committees and executive compensation and employment arrangements, including equity plans. He worked with the Atlanta office of the law firm King & Spalding and the Charlotte office of the law firm Smith, Helms, Mullis & Moore (now part of McGuireWoods, LLP). Mr. McLean served as an Assistant General Counsel and Secretary at Worldway Corporation (formerly Carolina Freight Corporation), a public company, through its merger with Arkansas Best Corporation.

Mr. Marvin A. Riley has been Chief Operating Officer of EnPro Industries, Inc since July 24, 2017 and has been its President at Fairbanks Morse Engine since June 1, 2012. Mr. Riley has been an Executive Vice President at EnPro Industries, Inc. since July 31, 2017. Prior to joining Fairbanks Morse Engine, Mr. Riley served as Vice President of Manufacturing at EnPro Industries, Inc. where his responsibilities included oversight of its global manufacturing operations. He joined EnPro Industries in 2007 after spending ten years with General Motors Vehicle Manufacturing, where he held multiple executive positions of increasing responsibility. Mr. Steve R. Bower has been the Chief Accounting Officer, Vice President of Finance and Controller at EnPro Industries, Inc. since October 2014. Mr. Bower served as the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of Finance & Administration of HITCO Carbon Composites, Inc. He served as Treasurer and Secretary at HITCO Carbon Composites, Inc. He joined HITCO in April 2003 after seven years with SGL CARBON in Charlotte, N.C. and Wiesbaden, Germany. Prior to joining SGL, Mr. Bower held several controllership and Investor Relations positions with Collins & Aikman Corporation from 1989 through 1996. Prior to 1989 Mr. Bower was an Audit Manager at Price Waterhouse LLP. Mr. Bower received his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Finance from California State University, Northridge in 1983. He received his M.B.A. degree from Duke University in 1996.

Mr. J. Milton Childress, also known as Milt, II, has been Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of Enpro Industries, Inc. since March 31, 2015. Mr. Childress served as the Vice President for Strategic Planning and Business Development for Enpro Industries, Inc. from February 2006 to March 31, 2015. Mr. Childress served as the Managing Director of McGuireWoods Capital Group. He joined McGuireWoods Capital Group from United Dominion Industries. He joined United Dominion in 1992 and served as its Senior Vice President for Planning & Development from 1999 to May 2001. He served as Head of United Dominion's Planning & Development department, where he was responsible for administering annual strategic planning process and for orchestrating its broad-based acquisition program. He also served on United Dominion's Management Committee and was involved in many other key strategic and operating matters. Prior to joining United Dominion in 1992, he was a senior member of Ernst & Young's southeastern Corporate Finance practice. Over the years he has been active in a number of professional, civic and charitable organizations. He later served on the association's national board as Vice President for Corporate Member Affairs. He joined the EnPro corporate staff in December 2005. He co-founded the Charlotte-based group in 2001, after nine years at United Dominion Industries. At United Dominion, he was instrumental in a program of acquisitions, joint ventures and divestitures that substantially improved its profitability and cash flows and significantly increased sales. He was a Co-founder of the Charlotte chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth where he served on the board and as chapter President. He also has been actively involved with the education of at-risk preschool children, serving on the boards of two innovative programs in the Charlotte area. He received the top graduate award from the College of Business Administration. He is a 1994 graduate of Leadership Charlotte. He received an MBA from the University of Virginia's Darden School in 1983. He graduated in 1979 from the University of Tennessee.

Mr. Gilles Hudon has been the President of Technetics Group at EnPro Industries, Inc since August 2011. Mr. Hudon serves as Executive Vice President of Enpro Europe at EnPro Industries Inc. Mr. Hudon served as Vice President and General Manager of Garlock Helicoflex, Columbia S.C. of EnPro Industries Inc., since April 1, 2007.

Mr. Todd L. Anderson has been the President at Stemco LP since April 2014. Mr. Anderson served as Vice President of Garlock Pipeline Technologies Division at EnPro Industries, Inc. from August 2011 to January 2014. He first joined Stemco division in 1994 and served as its Vice President, Engineering since 1999 and then served as its Vice President of Operations from 2004 to 2008. Mr. William A. Favenesi, also known as Bill, has been President of Compressor Products International, Inc. and Compressor Products International Ltd since January 2015. Mr. Favenesi has more than 20 years of engineering industry experience. He served as Vice President for Global Commercial Development at CPI for the past 14 months and has been with EnPro Industries, Inc. for nearly a decade. Before coming to CPI, he served as Vice President of Technetics Group, another member of the EnPro family. Mr. Favenesi was a co-recipient of the President's Award for Commercial Excellence related to outstanding customer service in 2013.

Mr. Eric A. Vaillancourt serves as President of Garlock Sealing Technologies and Garlock Pipeline Technologies at EnPro Industries, Inc. Mr. Vaillancourt served as President of Garlock Sealing Products - Garlock Division at EnPro Industries, Inc since June 2012. He served as vice president of sales and marketing of the garlock division from 2009 to 2012. Prior to joining enpro, Mr. vaillancourt held positions of increasing responsibility with bluelinx corporation from 1988 to 2009, culminating in his position as regional vice president north-sales and distribution.
