Mr. Russell E. Parker has been Chief Executive Officer and President of EP Energy Corporation since November 3, 2017. Mr. Parker serves as the Chief Executive Officer at Phoenix Natural Resources, LLC. He served as the President at Chief Oil & Gas LLC until December 18th 2015. He joined Chief Oil & Gas in November 2012. While at Chief Oil & Gas LLC, he has served as the Vice President of Engineering & Acquisitions as well as the Senior Vice President of Engineering & Operations. He worked for Hilcorp Energy for twelve years. There he fulfilled a variety of roles including Reservoir Engineer, Reserves Engineer, A&D Evaluations Engineer and served as the Asset Team Leader for South Texas, Eagle Ford and the Northeastern United States. He has been Director of EP Energy Corporation since November 2017. He serves on the UT Petroleum Engineering Advisory Council and in 2010, was recognized as a Distinguished Alumnus of the Department. Mr. Parker received a Bachelor of Science degree in Petroleum and Geo-Systems Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin.

Mr. Kyle A. McCuen is Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of EP Energy, LLC since 2018. He previously served in various finance and strategic planning roles at El Paso Corporation, most recently serving as Vice President of Corporate and E&P Planning at El Paso Corporation from October 2011 to May 2012. He graduated from the University of Texas with a BBA and received an MBA from the University of Houston.

Mr. Chad D. England has been Senior Vice President of Operations at EP Energy Corporation since November 2017. Mr. England served as Senior Vice President of Operations at Phoenix Natural Resources, LLC. Previously, he worked for Hilcorp Energy Company as an Operations Manager and Engineer for the Eagle Ford, Utica and South Texas asset teams. He was responsible for completions, production and facilities along with managing teams of up to 85 employees and 50 full time contractors. Mr. England also managed all aspects of operational integration associated with five acquisitions including all hiring. Prior to Hilcorp, he served in various engineering roles at ConocoPhillips for the Eagle Ford, South Louisiana and Gulf of Mexico. Mr. England received his BS in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M University.

Mr. Raymond J. Ambrose has been Senior Vice President of Engineering & Subsurface at EP Energy Corporation since November 2017. Mr. Ambrose served as Senior Vice President of Engineering & Business Development for Phoenix Natural Resources. Mr. Ambrose has vast experience in North American unconventional reservoirs and secondary/tertiary recovery techniques, including water and CO2 flooding. He has held positions of increasing responsibility including Director of Petroleum, Engineering & Subsurface, at NRG, Chief Reservoir Engineer at Hilcorp Energy Company and Director of Reservoir Engineering for Reliance USA. While working for Devon and Reliance, he completed his PhD petroleum engineering from the University of Oklahoma in 2011 where his dissertation was focused on unconventional gas storage phenomena and rate transient analysis of unconventional reservoirs. Mr. Ambrose received his BS in chemical engineering with a petroleum minor in 1996 and MS in petroleum engineering in 2006 from the University of Southern California.

Mr. Francis C. Olmsted, III, also known as Frank, serves as Chief Accounting Officer, Vice President and Controller at EP Energy LLC. Mr. Olmsted serves as Vice President and Controller at EP Energy Gathering Company, L.L.C., El Paso LLC, EP Energy Preferred Holdings Company, LLC and EP Energy Corporation. He has been the CAO of EP Energy Corporation since November 3, 2017.
