Ms. Ellen Havdala has been the Managing Director of Chai Trust Company since November 2013. Ms. Havdala has worked in a variety of capacities for Zell's affiliated companies since 1990. She serves as a Managing Director at Equity Group Investments since June 2001. Ms. Havdala is responsible for sourcing and evaluating new investment opportunities and for overseeing existing investments. She has worked for either EGI or its affiliates since 1990. She served as Vice President of Scott Sports Group, Inc and was primarily engaged in the turnaround of Schwinn Cycling & Fitness Inc. Ms. Havdala served as an Executive Vice President of Equity International Properties, Ltd., from 1998 to June 2001. Her restructuring experience also includes Orius and Home Products International. Prior to EGI, Ms. Havdala was a Financial Analyst with The First Boston Corporation. She has been Director of SIRVA, Inc. since February 2013. She served as Director at Wright Investors' Service Holdings, Inc. from August 2004 to October 2006 and Home Products International, Inc. from December 2004 to March 2007. From 2010 to 2013, Ms. Havdala served on the board of Rewards Network. From 2003 to 2012, Ms. Havdala served on the board of WRS Holding Company, East Mediterranean Gas and National Patent Development Corporation. Ms. Havdala serves as a Director of WRS Infrastructure & Environment, Inc. Ms. Havdala graduated magna cum laude with an A.B. from Harvard College.

Mr. Chris Nilan serves as Managing Director at Equity Group Investments. Mr. Nilan evaluates new investment opportunities and manages existing assets. Prior to joining EGI in 2010, Mr. Nilan served as an Associate and Analyst at The Circumference Group and worked on a variety of investing and consulting opportunities. He also served as an investment banking analyst in the Leveraged Finance group at Bank of America where he was involved in a variety of capital market transactions including leveraged buyouts, corporate-to-corporate acquisitions, balance sheet restructurings and other debt financing activities and primarily helped to originate leveraged loan transactions across a number of different industries. He serves on the Boards of Ardent Health Partners, LLC and Crystal Equity Energy, LLC. He graduated magna cum laude with a BS in Finance from Wake Forest University.

Mr. Evan Harwood serves as a Managing Director at Equity Group Investments. Mr. Harwood sources and evaluates credit and equity investment opportunities in the public and private sectors, negotiates and structures transactions and partners with portfolio company operators to drive value. He is also responsible for market facing and trading activities at EGI. Prior to joining EGI in 2010, Mr. Harwood served as an Associate at Trust Company of the West, where he focused on special situation investing, primarily in distressed debt and restructurings. Earlier, he was an investment banking analyst in the Leveraged Finance group at Citigroup where he was involved in a variety of debt capital-raising transactions, including leveraged buyouts, corporate-to-corporate acquisitions and other debt financing activities. He serves on the boards of EagleRidge Energy, LLC; Ventana Exploration and Production LLC; and Veridiam, Inc. Mr. Harwood received a BBA from the Goizueta Business School at Emory University where he graduated magna cum laude and was elected to Beta Gamma Sigma.

Mr. Joseph McIntosh, also known as Joe, has been the Managing Director of Equity Group Investments ('EGI') since January 2017, where he focuses on sourcing, evaluating and executing on new investments, as well as monitoring and advising on existing investments. Prior to joining EGI, Mr. McIntosh served as Vice Chairman of Consumer and Retail Investment Banking Coverage and Managing Director in the Investment Banking Division of Deutsche Bank Securities at Deutsche Bank Securities since September 2014. He served as a Managing Director in the Corporate and Investment Banking division of Bank of America from 2009 to September 2014, which he joined in 2009 because of Bank of America's acquisition of Merrill Lynch, where he worked since 1997. He has been a Director of Real Industry, Inc. since May 26, 2017. Mr. McIntosh received his Juries Doctorate from Northwestern University School of Law and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Iowa.

Mr. Jon Wasserman, JD serves as the Chief Legal Officer and Managing Director at Equity Group Investments. Mr. Wasserman is responsible for overseeing all of EGl's legal activities, and for working closely with the investment team and outside counsel on transactions. Prior to rejoining EGI in 2009, he served as a Partner at Neal, Gerber & Eisenberg in the Corporate and Securities, Private Wealth Services and Life Sciences practice groups. Mr. Wasserman served as an Attorney at ECI affiliate Rosenberg & Liebentritt, as General Counsel of an Alliedsignal subsidiary, and as an Associate at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher Flom. He was actively involved in Zell/Chilmark's sales of retailers Schwinn, Scott Sports Group and Sealy, in Zell/Chilmark's acquisition of Carter Hawley Hale (as debtor in possession) in a tender offer for trade claims, and in the initial financings of Adams Respiratory Therapeutics. He also serves on the boards of directors for two EGI portfolio companies, East Mediterranean Gas and VIA Wines Group. He serves as a member of the board of directors of Illinois Legal Aid Online. Through peer selection processes, in each year from 2006 through 2009, Mr. Wasserman was recognized as a Leading Lawyer or among the 'Best lawyers in America in the areas of corporate law, closely and privately held business law, mergers, and acquisitions, and securities and venture finance law. Mr. Wasserman holds a JD degree from University of Chicago Law School and a BA with highest honors and comprehensive honors from University of California at Santa Cruz.

Mr. Peter C. B. Bynoe, Esq., founded Telemat Ltd., in 1982 and has been its Principal since 1982 and serves as the Chairman. He is a Managing Director at Equity Group Investments since October 2014. Mr. Bynoe served as the Chief Executive Officer of Rewards Network, Inc. from September 2013 to October 2014 and a Director from July 21, 2003 to May 2, 2008. He also serves as a Senior Counsel in the Chicago office of the international law firm DLA Piper US LLP. Since February 2009, Mr. Bynoe served as a Partner (till September 2013) and Chief Operating Officer of Loop Capital LLC. He joined Loop Capital as a Managing Director in February 2008. Mr. Bynoe oversaw the Loop Capital's mergers and acquisitions practice in the utility and power sector. From March 1995 to December 2007, he was a Senior Partner at DLA Piper US LLP. He was associated with the firm till December 2016. He has been an Independent Director of Real Industry, Inc. since July 16, 2013. He serves as a Chairman of Veridiam, Inc. He has been an Independent Director at Covanta Holding Corporation since July 19, 2004. He has been an Independent Director at Frontier Communications Corporation since October 2007. Mr. Bynoe serves as a Trustee of the Rush University Medical Center and the Core Center for the Prevention, Cure and Research of Infectious Diseases. He has served as a Director of J&G Industries, the River Valley Savings Bank and Blue Chip Broadcasting. He served as a Director of Jacor Communications Company since March 1997, Uniroyal Technology Corporation since 1992 and Huffman Koos, Inc. since March 1991. From March 1988 to June 1992, he served as an Executive Director of the Illinois Sports Facilities Authority. For a three year period, he was Managing Partner of the National Basketball Association's Denver Nuggets. Mr. Bynoe also served as a Consultant to the Atlanta Fulton County Recreation Authority. He is admitted to the practice of law before the Illinois State Bar. Mr. Bynoe has expertise in business, legal, and public policy. He was an elected member of the Harvard University Board of Overseers from October 1992 to June 2001. Mr. Bynoe received his Bachelor of Arts Degree, cum laude, from Harvard College. He earned his Master's in Business Administration with a Finance and Marketing emphasis at the Harvard Business School. Mr. Bynoe received his Juris Doctor with a focus on Corporate Planning and Regulation from Harvard Law School.

Kathleen Steele serves as the Managing Director of Equity Group Investments. Kathleen started at Equity Group Investments in July of 2000. Kathleen currently resides in Greater Chicago Area.
