Mr. Peter C. B. Bynoe, Esq., founded Telemat Ltd., in 1982 and has been its Principal since 1982 and serves as the Chairman. He is a Managing Director at Equity Group Investments since October 2014. Mr. Bynoe served as the Chief Executive Officer of Rewards Network, Inc. from September 2013 to October 2014 and a Director from July 21, 2003 to May 2, 2008. He also serves as a Senior Counsel in the Chicago office of the international law firm DLA Piper US LLP. Since February 2009, Mr. Bynoe served as a Partner (till September 2013) and Chief Operating Officer of Loop Capital LLC. He joined Loop Capital as a Managing Director in February 2008. Mr. Bynoe oversaw the Loop Capital's mergers and acquisitions practice in the utility and power sector. From March 1995 to December 2007, he was a Senior Partner at DLA Piper US LLP. He was associated with the firm till December 2016. He has been an Independent Director of Real Industry, Inc. since July 16, 2013. He serves as a Chairman of Veridiam, Inc. He has been an Independent Director at Covanta Holding Corporation since July 19, 2004. He has been an Independent Director at Frontier Communications Corporation since October 2007. Mr. Bynoe serves as a Trustee of the Rush University Medical Center and the Core Center for the Prevention, Cure and Research of Infectious Diseases. He has served as a Director of J&G Industries, the River Valley Savings Bank and Blue Chip Broadcasting. He served as a Director of Jacor Communications Company since March 1997, Uniroyal Technology Corporation since 1992 and Huffman Koos, Inc. since March 1991. From March 1988 to June 1992, he served as an Executive Director of the Illinois Sports Facilities Authority. For a three year period, he was Managing Partner of the National Basketball Association's Denver Nuggets. Mr. Bynoe also served as a Consultant to the Atlanta Fulton County Recreation Authority. He is admitted to the practice of law before the Illinois State Bar. Mr. Bynoe has expertise in business, legal, and public policy. He was an elected member of the Harvard University Board of Overseers from October 1992 to June 2001. Mr. Bynoe received his Bachelor of Arts Degree, cum laude, from Harvard College. He earned his Master's in Business Administration with a Finance and Marketing emphasis at the Harvard Business School. Mr. Bynoe received his Juris Doctor with a focus on Corporate Planning and Regulation from Harvard Law School.
