
The comradery with long-time employees who have been through a lot of changes and all understand what we are going through.
Employees' managers change too often. Unqualified people are put into management roles to supervise much more qualified people. Management needs to promote based on contributions to the company and not based on who you know.
Positive attitude and never pass the buck. Always work together to solve problems and be respectful of others and their contributions.
The company does not always promote the most qualified people to management positions. The compensation is adequate but not great as well as the benefits. They are sufficient but could be much better. No annual bonuses for anyone that I am aware of.
