Ms. Peggy A. Murphy has been Corporate Secretary of Espey Mfg. & Electronics Corp. (a/k/a, Espey Manufacturing & Electronics Corp.) since December 11, 1998 and has been its Director of Human Resources and Facility Security Officer since joining in October 1998.

Mrs. Sparano served as an Interim Principal Financial Officer of Espey Manufacturing & Electronics Corp. since June 02, 2014 until January 31, 2015. Mrs. Sparano joined Espey Manufacturing & Electronics Corp. on July 29, 2004 working full-time in the Accounting Department. From 1998 to 2003, Mrs. Sparano served as Assistant Controller of Cambridge Heart Inc., a medical device company. From 1994 to 1998, she held various accounting positions within CR Bard Inc., a healthcare products company. Mrs. Sparano is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a B.S degree in Accounting from the State University of New York at Buffalo.

Mr. Barry Pinsley served as Consultant to Espey Manufacturing & Electronics Corp. and also served as its Vice President, Special projects since March 25, 1994. From December 6, 1997 to June 9, 1998, Mr. Pinsley served as Vice President of Investor Relations and Human Resources of Espey Manufacturing & Electronics. He has been an Independent Director of Espey Mfg & Electronics Corp. since 1994. Mr. Pinsley has been a practicing Certified Public Accountant in Saratoga Springs, New York since 1975.

Mathew Johnston serves as the Vice President - Business Development, Marketing & Sales of Espey Mfg & Electronics Corp.. Mathew started at Espey Mfg & Electronics Corp. in April of 2016. Mathew is currently based in the Greater New York City Area.
