Mr. Kevin T. Conroy has been the Chief Executive Officer and President at Exact Sciences Corporation since April 2, 2009. Dr. Lidgard served as Senior Vice President of Research & Development at Nanogen Inc., a holding company of Synx Pharma Inc. from January 2003 to August 2009. At Nanogen, he managed its point of care and molecular diagnostics research and development groups. Dr. Lidgard joined Nanogen in January 2003 and has over 30 years of experience in the Clinical Diagnostics industry. He served as the Vice President of products for blood screening and STD's as well as the fully automated probe system, TIGRISResearch and Development at Gen-Probe where he led the research and development organization to develop DNA probe. Dr. Lidgard was a co-founder of Matritech Inc. where he held several positions with Ciba Corning Diagnostics Corp. including program management, business development, marketing, technology acquisition and product development. Dr. Lidgard received his Ph.D. and B.S. in Biological Chemistry from the University of Manchester.

Mr. Maneesh K. Arora has been the Chief Operating Officer of Exact Sciences Corporation since February 16, 2012 and its Senior Vice President since April 2, 2009. Mr. Arora served as the Chief Financial Officer of EXACT Sciences Corp. since April 2, 2009 and serves as its Principal Accounting Officer and Secretary. He deal oversee general corporate matters, including corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, regulatory, intellectual property, litigation and commercial transactions. Prior to joining Blue Rhino, Mr. Coward was Associate General Counsel for GE Medical Systems Information Technologies, Inc., where his responsibilities included commercial transactions, mergers and acquisitions, general corporate and regulatory. He has also held a partner position with a prestigious law firm in Raleigh, NC, where he focused on corporate, mergers and acquisitions and technology transactions, and he has served as an attorney with IBM in the networking hardware division. Mr. Coward is a Graduate of Columbia Law School in New York and the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Mr. Wayne Taylor serves as the Head of Europe & Middle East and Vice President at Exact Sciences Corporation. Mr. Taylor joined Exact Sciences in 2013. Dr. Scott C. Johnson, Ph.D. has been Senior Vice President of Research and Development at Exact Sciences Corporation since November 23, 2017. Dr. Johnson served as Vice President of Assay Research and Development at Luminex Corporation and served as its Vice President of Product Development and Manufacturing. Dr. Johnson joined Luminex Madison in 2002, Dr. Johnson has been integral to product development and product commercialization successes, while assuming increasing leadership roles. During his nearly 10 years with EraGen, he held leadership roles of increasing responsibility, served as Vice President of Product Development. Dr. Johnson's responsibilities include leadership of the MultiCode?? technology and family of products. Prior to EraGen Biosciences, Dr. Johnson held senior scientific/senior technical roles at CHMIERx, the R&D division of Molecular Biology Resources and the USDA-National Animal Disease Center. Dr. Johnson holds a Ph.D. in Cellular and Molecular Biology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 1997 and a BS degree in Biotechnology from Rochester Institute of Technology.
