It depends on where you work. We are global, so it can depend on how your country does this. It also depends in what department you work. In IT as a developer, probably annually. But if you are not a developer, you can go for several years without a raise. I've gone several times as long as 3 years without a raise and then been lucky if I get 1%. That is wholly decided by your manager and his budget.
