Mr. Michael W. Sanders has been Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer at Exterran Corporation since October 30, 2017. Mr. Sanders is responsible for its Global Accounting organization. Prior to joining Exterran, Mr. Sanders was Corporate Controller at Atwood Oceanics, Inc. from 2016 to 2017 and at LNG Limited from 2014 to 2016. Mr. Mark R. Sotir serves as a Co-President at Equity Group Investments. Previously, he was Managing Director at the firm. Mr. Sotir works as a member of portfolio companies' leadership teams to develop and execute business strategy, setting goals, and establishing metrics. He serves on temporary assignment within select portfolio companies to increase the depth of his internal leadership in effectively executing a company's new direction. He specializes in combining financial and operations expertise to develop business strategies. Prior to EGI, Mr. Sotir served as the Chief Executive Officer of Sunburst Technology Corporation. He served as the President of North America, BRACC from January 1999 to December 1999 and its Senior Vice President of Operations from August 1998 to January 1999, Senior Vice President of Marketing from June 1997 to August 1998, Vice President of Marketing from June 1996 to June 1997 and Vice President of Revenue Management from April 1995 to June 1996. Prior to BRACC, he served as Marketing Manager of The Coca-Cola Company from August 1994 to April 1995 and Senior Production Manager from July 1993 to August 1994. He served as an Interim President of Interactive Inc. at Tribune Company from February 2008 to April 2008. He served on the boards of: CareerBuilder, Cars.com, QuadrantOne, and Metromix. He served as the President of Budget Group Inc. from January 2000 to 2003 and served as its Chief Operating Officer from May 3, 2000 to 2003. Mr. Sotir has been Executive Chairman of the Board and Director at Exterran Corporation since October 30, 2015. Mr. Sotir also serves as the Chairman of Veridiam and WRS Holding Company. He was the Chairman of Rewards Network Inc. He was an Executive Vice Chairman and Director of Rewards Network Inc. since January 2008. He served as an Executive Chairman of Archrock, Inc. (also known as Exterran Holdings, Inc.) from April 30, 2013 to November 3, 2015 and previously served as its Executive Vice Chairman from November 1, 2011 to April 30, 2013. He has been a Director of Sirva, Inc. since June 2010 and VIA marketer. He served as a Director of Archrock, Inc. from November 1, 2011 to November 3, 2015. He served as a Director of MiddleBrook Pharmaceuticals, Inc. since September 2008, Budget Group Inc. since February 12, 2002, Adams Respiratory Therapeutics, Inc. since April 19, 2007 and Sunburst. He has 15 years of C-level and board leadership experience across consumer and B2B industries. Mr. Sotir holds a BA in Economics from Amherst College and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Mr. Girish K. Saligram has been Senior Vice President of Global Services at Exterran Corporation since August 22, 2016. Mr. Saligram has been with GE for the last 20 years and served as General Manager of Downstream Products & Services, GE Oil & Gas, based in Houston. He led the GE Oil & Gas Contractual Services business based in Florence, Italy. Mr. Saligram holds a Master's Degree in Computer Science from Virginia Tech and an MBA from Northwestern University. He holds two patents and is certified as a Six Sigma Black Belt.

Mr. Roger George has been an Senior Vice President of Global Engineering & Product Lines at Exterran Corporation since December 15, 2016. Mr. George has held leadership positions in the oil and gas and power generation sectors for GE, where most recently he was Product Line Leader of their 50Hz utility gas turbine business in Atlanta. Prior to that he served as General Manager of GE's Global Sales and Commercial Operations for distributed power. His other positions with GE include Head of Global Compression Sales (distributed power) and General Manager of GE Jenbacher Gas Engines for North America. Earlier in his career he worked for Optimal CAE, Inc. and the Ford Motor Company. Mr. George holds an MBA from the University of Chicago and a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Missouri-Rolla.

Ms. Valerie L. Banner has been Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Universal since June 1998. Ms. Banner also serves as an Officer and Director of certain Exterran Corporation subsidiaries. Ms. Banner has been Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Exterran Corporation since November 2015. Ms. Banner served Universal as Special Counsel from 2000 to 2007 and served as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary from 1998 to 2000. Ms. Banner worked at Universal Compression Holdings, Inc. Prior to that, Ms. Banner served as Associate General Counsel of Exterran Holdings from 2008 to 2015 and as special counsel from 2007 to 2008. She was in private practice as a solo practitioner from March 1996 to May 1998. Prior to that time, Ms. Banner was employed as Vice President and General Counsel of Team, Inc., for a period in excess of five years. Prior to joining Universal, Ms. Banner served as counsel for several publicly traded companies and was in private practice, having begun her career as an associate with Andrews & Kurth LLP. She also serves as Independent Director at Main Street Capital Corporation.

Jim Junker serves as the President & CEO - Exterran Italy (Belleli) of Exterran. Jim started at Exterran in January of 2017. Jim currently resides in the Houston, Texas Area.
