Mr. Lowell L. Junkins has been an Acting President and Chief Executive Officer at Federal Agricultural Mortgage Corp. since December 2017. Prior to joining Farmer Mac, he served as Managing Director for the Ag and Rural Banking Division at San Francisco-based Bank of the West where he was responsible for managing the growth and performance of the bank's $2??? billion agricultural loan portfolio. He has also held various management positions within the Farm Credit System and as a credit administrator with Rabobank. Mr. Covington serves on committees of various nonprofit organizations, including as the Chairman of the Risk Management Association's Agricultural Bankers Committee. Since 1984, he has also served as an adjunct faculty member in the Department of agricultural Economics and Craig School of Business at California State University, Fresno.

Mr. Stephen P. Mullery has been Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary at Federal Agricultural Mortgage Corp. (alyernate name: Farmer Mac) since June 8, 2012. Mr. Mullery served as a Deputy General Counsel of Farmer Mac beginning in October 2009 and as Assistant General Counsel of Farmer Mac for the nine years before that. Mr. Jeffery R. Hayward, also known as Jeff, has been the Head of Multifamily Business and Executive vice president at Federal National Mortgage Association since January 2012 and since December 2014 Respectively. Mr. Hayward served as a Senior Vice President at Federal National Mortgage Association since January 2012 until December 2014. He served as Senior Vice President of Single-Family National Business Center at Federal National Mortgage Association since November 2001 until May 2004. Previously, Mr. Hayward was Senior Vice President ' National Servicing Organization. Mr. Hayward was responsible for the company's relationships with mortgage servicers and the retained attorney network, with a focus on curtailing credit losses. Mr. Hayward also led Fannie Mae's Community Lending organization and was responsible for five business areas providing debt and equity financing to help increase and preserve the nation's supply of affordable rental and for-sale housing. In this role, he managed the company's overall relationship with the Housing Finance Agencies and worked closely with the National Council of State Housing Agencies and its members. Additionally, Mr. Hayward led this organization's efforts to creating housing for the homeless, investing in rural and Native American communities and rebuilding along the Gulf Coast. Mr. Brian Brooks has been an Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Federal National Mortgage Association since November 10, 2014. Mr. Brooks was a Partner in O'Melveny & Myers LLP's Washington, D.C. office. Mr. Brooks served as Managing Partner of The Washington, D.C. office at O'Melveny & Myers LLP. He served as the Chief Legal Officer of OneWest Bank. Mr. Brooks has more than 20 years of legal and business experience. Prior to OneWest Bank, Mr. Brooks was a Managing Partner at the global law firm O'Melveny & Myers where he led an office of more than 150 attorneys and played a lead role in crafting the banking industry's response to the 2010-2011 foreclosure crisis. He has litigated numerous class actions and other complex matters involving the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act, the Fair Credit Reporting Act, the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act, the Equal Credit Opportunity Act, the Fair Housing Act and the consumer protection statutes of nearly all 50 states. He has also defended plan sponsors and investment managers in fiduciary actions brought under ERISA. His experience representing financial services organizations before regulatory bodies is extensive. He has represented clients before the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, state insurance departments and the National Association of Insurance Commissioners. His writings have appeared in the American Banker, On Wall Street and a number of law journals. He served as Vice Chairman of CIT Bank, National Association from May 2, 2011 to November 2014. He holds an A.B. from Harvard University in 1991 and J.D. from University of Chicago in 1994.

Mr. Andrew J. Bon Salle has been an Executive Vice President'Single-Family Business at Federal National Mortgage Association since December 2014. Mr. Bon Salle served as Executive Vice President of Single-Family Underwriting, Pricing and Capital Markets at Federal National Mortgage Association (Formerly, Fannie Mae) since December 2014. Mr. Bon Salle served as Executive Vice President of Single-Family Underwriting, Pricing & Capital Markets at Federal National Mortgage Association since April 3, 2013 until December, 2014. He served as Senior Vice President of Capital Markets, Lending Channel at Federal National Mortgage Association since March 2006 to May 2011 and served as its Senior Vice President and Head of Underwriting & Pricing from May 2011 to April 3, 2013. He was responsible for providing market execution and liquidity to Fannie Mae's lender customers through retained portfolio and off-balance sheet transactions. He served as Executive Vice President of Capital Markets at Federal National Mortgage Association from April 2009 to September 2012. As head of the Capital Markets group He is responsible for mortgage securities trading, whole loan conduit, asset-based lending, asset management and structured transactions. He served as Treasurer of Federal National Mortgage Association from June 2010 to January 2012. He previously served as Fannie Mae's Executive Vice President-Capital Markets and Treasury from August 2008 to April 2009. Previously, he served as Senior Vice President and Treasurer of Federal National Mortgage Association and responsible for the company's debt issuance, liability management and liquidity management activities. Prior to joining Fannie Mae in 2002, he served as Managing Director in fixed-income division of Merrill Lynch & Co. For more than 14 years he held various positions in risk management, fixed-income and currency trading, debt syndication and e-commerce based in New York and London. Ms. Maureen Davenport serves as the Chief Communications Officer and Senior Vice President at Federal National Mortgage Association. Ms. Davenport leads communications, marketing and community investment and engagement. Her responsibilities include internal and external communications; leading the corporation's digital strategy, including oversight of all Fannie Mae's social media and web properties; marketing in support of its single-family, multifamily, capital markets and credit loss management businesses; corporate giving; and employee engagement and volunteer efforts. Previously, Ms. Davenport was Fannie Mae's Vice President ' Corporate Communications, with responsibility for all internal, external, financial and digital communications. Prior to joining Fannie Mae in 2011, she served as Senior Vice President of Communications at The National Association of Manufacturers (NAM) since August 2008. She was responsible for all communications, marketing and branding. She also led all of the NAM's communications campaigns, including media relations, member communications, new media, internal communications and publications. Ms. Davenport served as Director of US Technology Practice of Hill & Knowlton Inc. since April 2008. During her time at H&K, she developed integrated communications campaigns for a diverse roster of leading technology clients at all stages of their lifecycle. Her clients included Better Place, EADS, eBay, Gyrocam, HP, Motorola, Qualcomm and VeriSign. Ms. Davenport also founded and grew Hill & Knowlton's award-winning competitive specialty group. She served as a Senior Vice President of Hill & Knowlton Inc. She served more than ten years with large and small technology clients. She also worked for Blanc & Otus in Boston. Ms. Davenport has a bachelor of arts in English from James Madison University.
