Mr. Daniel Guglielmone, also known as Dan, has been Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President and Treasurer at Federal Realty Investment Trust since August 15, 2016. Mr. Guglielmone is responsible for all capital markets activity along with east coast acquisitions. In addition, he will be responsible for the oversight of the accounting, financial reporting and investor relations functions. Previously, Mr. Guglielmone served as Senior Vice President at Vornado since September 2003. He spent ten years in Investment Banking in the Real Estate and Lodging Group at Salomon Smith Barney/Citigroup in New York. Mr. Guglielmone served as a Director of Toys R Us Inc. since May 10, 2013. He is an active member of the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY) as well as the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and was a member of the Toys R Us Board from 2013 to 2015. Mr. Guglielmone received a Masters in Management with a Concentration in Finance from the Kellogg School at Northwestern University and a Bachelors in Applied Economics from Cornell University.

Ms. Melissa Solis has been the Chief Accounting Officer and Vice President at Federal Realty Investment Trust since July 1, 2011. Ms. Solis oversee all aspects of the Federal Realty Investment Trust's accounting department including financial reporting, budgeting, tax and compliance activities. Ms. Solis joined Federal Realty in 2007 and has over 10 years of financial accounting and audit experience. She served as a Senior Manager at Ernst & Young LLP in the Assurance and advisory business services group specializing in real estate. Her experience includes audit, accounting for complex real estate transactions, financial reporting and analysis, SEC reporting as well as expertise with respect to internal controls. Ms. Solis is a Certified Public Accountant and has a Bachelor's degree with a double major in Accounting and Finance from Indiana University, Bloomington, Indiana where she graduated Magna Cum Laude.

Mr. Porter Bellew has been Chief Information Officer and Vice President of Federal Realty Investment Trust since February 2015. Prior to joining Federal, Mr. Bellew served as Chief Information Officer for commercial real estate owner, operator and developer, Washington REIT. Previously, Mr. Bellew served as Senior IT Director with CarrAmerica Realty and held senior positions as a technology consultant with firms KPMG Consulting/BearingPoint and Apgar & Co. Mr. Bellew holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of Georgia and a Master of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Virginia.

Ms. Dawn M. Becker has been Executive Vice President of Federal Realty Investment Trust since 2005 and has been its Secretary and General Counsel since April 2002 and served as its Managing Director of Mixed-Use Division from 2015 to 2016. Ms. Becker served as the Chief Operating Officer of Federal Realty Investment Trust since February 2010 until 2015. Ms. Becker joined Federal Realty in 1997. Ms. Becker is responsible for directing the strategy and day-to-day activities of the Trust's real estate portfolio and also advises the Trust's Board on corporate governance issues. As the Trust's General Counsel and Secretary since April 2002 she is responsible for all of the Trust's legal matters relating to acquisitions, dispositions, development, financing, securities and corporate governance. Ms. Becker served as Senior Vice President at Federal Realty Investment Trust from February 2003 to February 2005. She served as the Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary at Federal Realty Investment Trust from 2002 to February 2003. Ms. Becker served as the Vice President???Real Estate and Finance Counsel at the Federal Realty Investment Trust from 2000 to 2002. She served as the Senior Legal Counsel at Federal Realty Investment Trust from 1997 to 2000. Ms. Becker served as Attorney at Andrews & Kurth LLP from 1993 to 1997, Davis Wright Tremaine from 1992 to 1993, Bingham Dana & Gould from 1991 to 1992 and Shaw Pittman LLP from 1988 to 1991, practicing law in the real estate and creditors rights areas. She is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and the Urban Land Institute. Ms. Becker holds a Juris Doctorate from Stanford University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Bucknell University.

Mr. John R. Tschiderer has been Senior Vice President of Development at Federal Realty Investment Trust since February 2015 and served as its Vice President of Development until February 2015. Mr. Tschiderer joined Federal Realty in 1998 and is responsible for the comprehensive direction and management of all phases of project development for Federal Realty's East Coast portfolio. He has been instrumental in managing projects ranging from public-private partnership, mixed-use development to core portfolio redevelopment. His responsibilities include site development feasibility analyses, development program master planning, land use entitlement and governmental relations, design and construction management. Mr. Tschiderer has been active in the land development industry for more than 20 years. Prior to joining Federal Realty, he worked with Faison Associates as Managing Director of Retail Development and before that, with Western Development Corporation as Vice President of Development. He is an active member of the Urban Land Institute and sits as an at-large juror for the ULI-Washington Smart Growth Alliance. He is also an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and the American Planning Association. Mr. Tschiderer has a Bachelor of Science in Landscape Architecture from West Virginia University.

Mr. Jeff Kreshek has been Senior Vice President of West Coast Leasing at Federal Realty Investment Trust since March 2016 and previously served as its Vice President of West Coast leasing. Mr. Kreshek served as Vice President of Leasing at CIM Group, Inc. Mr. Kreshek's Primary responsibilities include negotiating new lease agreements, overseeing and directing third party brokers and prospecting for new tenants for CIM Group projects. Prior to joining CIM Group, Mr. Kreshek was Vice President of Development and Operations for Regent Properties, Inc., where he was responsible for managing the entitlement process for all of Regent's new developments as well as managing all operating assets. Prior to joining Regent, he formed and operated Vision Property Management, Inc., a full service real estate development, leasing and management company. Mr. Kreshek received his undergraduate degree in Real Estate Finance and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Southern California. In addition, Mr. Kreshek is a Certified Property Manager, Senior Certified Shopping Center Manager and a Certified Commercial Investment Manager.

Mr. Jan Sweetnam serves as the Senior Vice President of West Coast Chief Operating Officer at Federal Realty Investment Trust since March 2016. Mr. Sweetnam joined the firm in 1997 as Acquisitions Director and served as Vice President of Western Region until March 2016. Prior to joining the firm, he served as Vice President of Director of Acquisitions with CB Richard Ellis. Mr. Sweetnam joined the firm in 1990 where he also served as Portfolio Manager for community shopping centers, Marketing Director for urban office buildings and Leasing Director for industrial properties. He was responsible for the acquisition of investment properties in the Midwest and Southwest regions of the United States for pension fund clients such as the State of Utah, Building Investment Trust and CalPER. Previously, from 1986 to 1988 he served at Julien J. Studley as a real estate investment. Mr. Sweetnam received a Masters in Business Administration and Bachelor of Arts from the University of California at Los Angeles.

Ms. Wendy Seher has been Senior Vice President of Leasing'Core Shopping Center Division at Federal Realty Investment Trust since February 2015 and serves as its President of Core. Ms. Seher served as Vice President and Director of Leasing for Mid-Atlantic Region of Federal Realty Investment Trust since May 6, 2014. She served as vice president of leasing of Federal Realty Investment Trust since February 2006 until May 6, 2014. Ms. Seher was responsible for leasing anchor space throughout the Trust's portfolio and overseeing the leasing of small shop space at a number of the Trust's properties. An employee of Federal Realty since 2002, Ms. Seher has attained more than 18 years of retail leasing experience while working at Federal Realty, J. Donegan Company, Peterson Company and Fried Companies. Ms. Seher holds a bachelor's in business administration from University of Maryland, College Park and is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.

Ms. Debbie Colson joined Federal Realty in 1994 and was promoted to director, legal leasing in 1998. In 2000, Ms. Colson was named vice president, legal leasing. Before joining the Trust, Ms. Colson specialized in real estate-related transactional work for major retailers such as Hechinger Company, American Stores Company and Amoco Oil Company.
