Mr. H. Palmer Proctor, Jr., has been the President of Fidelity Southern Corporation (formerly, Fidelity National Corp.) since April 27, 2006. Mr. Proctor has been the President of Fidelity bank, a subsidiary of Fidelity Southern Corp., since October 1, 2004. He has been Treasurer and Secretary of LionMark Insurance Company since November 2004. He has been with Fidelity Bank since 1990. He served as Senior Vice President of Fidelity National Bank until October 2004 and its Vice President since 1993. He served as a Senior Vice President of Fidelity Southern Corp., from January 2006 to April 2006 and its Vice President from April 1996 to January 2006. Mr. Proctor served as Manager of Branch Administration, Operations, Mortgage and Investment Services of Fidelity bank and also served as Senior Vice President of Commercial Lending. He has been a Director of Fidelity Southern Corporation since October 26, 2004 and Fidelity bank, a subsidiary of Fidelity Southern Corp., since October 1, 2004. He serves as a Director of Brown & Brown of Florida, Inc. He serves as a Member of the Advisory Board of Allied Financial. Mr. Proctor has been an Independent Director of Brown & Brown Inc. since October 22, 2012 and LionMark Insurance Company since November 2004. He served as a Director of Fidelity National Capital, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Fidelity, from 2003 to 2005. He is a founder of the Night of Hope Gala. He served as President of Callanwolde Fine Arts Center. He serves as a Trustee of Fernbank Museum of Natural History. He is also a Member of the Rotary Club of Atlanta and the Buckhead Lions Club. Mr. Proctor served as a Director of the Georgia Bankers Association, Trustee of the Professional Association for Georgia Educators (PAGE), and a Member of the Board of Directors for the Frazier Center (Rehabilitation and Education for Disabled Adults and Children). Mr. Proctor is a graduate of Stonier Graduate School Of Banking At Georgetown University and Auburn University.
