Mr. James B. Miller, Jr., also known as Jim, has been the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of board at Fidelity Southern Corporation since 1979 and serves as its Principal Executive Officer. He served as a Senior Vice President of Fidelity Southern Corp., from January 2006 to April 2006 and its Vice President from April 1996 to January 2006. Mr. Proctor served as Manager of Branch Administration, Operations, Mortgage and Investment Services of Fidelity bank and also served as Senior Vice President of Commercial Lending. He has been a Director of Fidelity Southern Corporation since October 26, 2004 and Fidelity bank, a subsidiary of Fidelity Southern Corp., since October 1, 2004. Mr. Proctor is a graduate of Stonier Graduate School Of Banking At Georgetown University and Auburn University.

Mr. Stephen H. Brolly, also known as Steve, CPA, has been Officer of Fidelity Southern Corporation and Fidelity Bank since June 26, 2017. Mr. Brolly has been Chief Financial Officer of LionMark Insurance Company, a subsidiary of Fidelity Southern Corp. since August 2008. He served as Treasurer of Fidelity Bank since May 2006 until August 2008. He served as Interim Chief Financial Officer of Fidelity Bank from August 2008 to December 16, 2008 and its Treasurer since May 2006 until August 2008. Mr. Brolly served as Interim Chief Financial Officer of Fidelity Southern Corporation from August 11, 2008 to December 16, 2008 and its Treasurer from May 2006 to August 2008. Mr. Brolly joined Fidelity from Sun BanCorp. Inc. where he served as Senior Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer and Controller, managing all aspects of financial reporting and accounting operations. He is a certified public accountant, having worked approximately 13 years in the audit practice of Deloitte & Touche's Philadelphia office. He served as the Chief Financial Officer of Fidelity Bank and Fidelity Southern Corporation since December 16, 2008 until June 26, 2017 and served as its Principal Financial and Accounting Officer until June 26, 2017. He has almost ten years of financial institution management experience with a publicly traded (NASDAQ) financial institution. Mr. Brolly holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Drexel University, Philadelphia, PA.

Mr. Charles D. Christy, also known as Charlie, is Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Fidelity Southern Corporation and Fidelity Bank since June 26, 2017. Mr. Christy was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of CoastalSouth Bancshares, Inc. Mr. Christy was the Chief Financial Officer of Citizens Republic Bancorp (???CRBC???), a large regional bank with over 240 branches in four states. He was with CRBC for over eight years. Prior to joining CRBC, Mr. Christy was with Bank One for over 12 years holding a number of key leadership positions as either Chief Financial Officer or Treasurer in divisions and key lines of business. Mr. Christy spent seven years in healthcare consulting with Deloitte & Touche and served as controller in a privately-held manufacturing operating for five years in Cincinnati.

Mr. David Buchanan has been an Executive Vice President of Indirect Lending at Fidelity Bank, a subsidiary of Fidelity Southern Corp. since October 2004. Mr. Buchanan has been Vice President of Fidelity Southern Corp. (Fidelity National Corp.) since 1999.
