The collaboration between the teams.
The leadership team was disorganized and gave little acknowledgment to entry-level & associate level employees
Management does not listen to input. Salaries should be increased. There needs to be more recognition for employees.
The benefits were great (401K match, paid health insurance, college reimbursement) but the salary was below the industry standard
The team worked okay together, most are willing to help. Management was severely disorganized and uninvolved. There was also no training.
