The leadership team was disorganized and gave little acknowledgment to entry-level & associate level employees

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The benefits were great (401K match, paid health insurance, college reimbursement) but the salary was below the industry standard
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are consistently described as supportive, collaborative, and highly capable, which creates a strong sense of camaraderie within the daily work environment
The team worked okay together, most are willing to help. Management was severely disorganized and uninvolved. There was also no training.

Management does not listen to input. Salaries should be increased. There needs to be more recognition for employees.
