Mr. John S. Sheldon serves as President of First Beverage Financial at First Beverage Group since January 2016. Prior to joining First Beverage, he was Managing Director of the consumer products and services group at Peter J. Solomon Company where he worked on a broad range of transactions. Before PJSC, Mr. Sheldon worked at Lazard & Co. for six years as a Managing Director covering the consumer products sector. Prior to that, he was Managing Director of investment banking services at Goldman Sachs & Co., Co-Head of the global consumer/retail investment banking group at J.P. Morgan & Co., Partner in the Private Equity and mergers and acquisitions group at The Lodestar Group and Vice President of the mergers and acquisitions group at Goldman Sachs & Co. At JP Morgan he co-headed that Global Consumer Products practice and at Goldman Sachs was a leader in its investment banking team focused on the largest privately held companies in the world. Mr. Sheldon is a Director of the Union Land & Grazing Company. As a 27 year Mergers and Acquisitions veteran, he has represented clients across a wide range of Consumer Products sectors including Food, Beverage, Tobacco, Wine, Spirits, Beer, Luxury Goods, Apparel, Household Products, Personal Care and Consumer Durables. Mr. Sheldon is an investment banking veteran with over thirty years of experience in the consumer products sectors including, food, beverage, tobacco, wine, spirits, beer, luxury goods, apparel, household products, personal care and consumer durables. He received his MBA degree from Harvard Business School. He holds B.A. Degree in Political Economy from Bennington College.

Ms. Nicole Fry is a Managing Partner at First Beverage Group. Ms. Fry served as a Managing Director of Investment Banking Group at Imperial Capital LLC since January 2011. She also served as a Vice President at Imperial Capital and led the beverage, food, and restaurant sectors. Prior to that, Ms. Fry served as a Vice President in the Mid-Cap Investment Banking Group at Banc of America Securities, where she was involved in debt and equity underwriting, syndicated financing, and mergers and acquisition advisory services for the firm's middle market clients. Prior to that, she worked as a Generalist in the Investment Banking Division at Bear, Stearns & Co. and as an Analyst in the Financial Buyers Group at Smith Barney Inc. Ms. Fry also worked in the investment banking divisions at Citigroup. She also managed the Corporate Development activities at Cooking.com. Ms. Fry has over 15 years of investment banking and corporate development experience. She has experience in providing financial advisory services to middle market companies, including mergers and acquisition transactions, debt and equity capital raisings, restructurings, and valuations. Ms. Fry received a B.A. in Economics and an M.B.A. from the University of California and a Graduate Diploma in Economics from the London School of Economics.

Mr. Jason Camillos serves as Managing Director of First Beverage Group. Mr. Camillos serves as a Vice President at First Beverage Group. Previously, Mr. Camillos served as a Vice President of Field Development at Glaceau, where he established a commercial operations infrastructure. Prior to that, he served as a Sales Manager at Nantucket Nectars. Mr. Camillos is a Business Partner and Strategist with an ability to lead people and manage efforts across multiple areas of the business. He has over 21 years of experience in driving emerging brands to the next level. Mr. Camillos holds a B.A. in English from Princeton University.

Mr. W. Townsend Ziebold, Jr. serves as a Managing Partner at First Beverage Group. Mr. Ziebold also serves as the President and Senior Partner at Wasserstein Ventures since 1996. He has served over 25 years in investment banking and private equity at First Boston Corporation, Wasserstein Perella & Co., and Wasserstein & Co. Mr. Ziebold has served as a Managing Director at Wasserstein Perella & Co., Inc. and the Head of its Venture Capital Practice. He played a role in several of the firm's venture investments. Mr. Ziebold has been a Director of Wasserstein & Co., L.P. He has served as the President of the Venture Capital Practice and Managing Director at the firm. Mr. Ziebold serves as a Director of Adexa, Inc., since August 2002. He serves as a Non Executive Chairman of Imax Corp., since June 2001 and its Director since June 1999. Mr. Ziebold has served as a Director of eMotion, Inc. He served as a Director of Nephros Inc. since 1999 until September 19, 2007. He served as a Director of Collins & Aikman Corporation, Maybelline LLC, and Maybelline New York. He has served on numerous private and public company boards of directors. Mr. Ziebold serves as a Member of the Board of Fellows of Trinity College and the President of the Board of Trustees at West Side Montessori School. He served as a Member of the Board of Trustees of the Nightingale-Bamford School. Mr. Ziebold has completed over $40 billion in mergers and acquisitions advisory assignments, and as a Principal Investor in over 30 private equity investments ranging from leveraged buyouts and growth equity to venture capital. He received a B.A. in Economics from Trinity College in 1984 and an M.B.A. from the Stanford School of Business in 1988.
