Ms. Jane Grebenc has been Chief Revenue Officer and Executive Vice President of First Commonwealth Financial Corp. since May 31, 2013. Ms. Grebenc has been the President of First Commonwealth Bank since May 31, 2013 and serves as its Chief Revenue Officer. She oversees retail and small business banking, including the branch network; corporate banking; wealth management; and marketing. She served as an Executive Vice President of Retail Banking and Executive Vice President of Retail Banking for Park View Federal Savings Bank, the subsidiary of PVF Capital Corp., since October 2009. At Park View Federal Savings Bank, Ms. Grebenc oversaw retail banking, operations, technology and mortgage lending. She led Park View's development and implementation of an entirely new product platform and the streamlining of back office processes. She served as an Executive Vice President of Wealth Management Group of KeyCorp from January 2008 to February 2009. She oversaw the Key business groups that provide investment, banking, insurance and trust services to affluent individuals and families as part of the broader Key Community Banking organization. Ms. Grebenc served as Senior Vice President of National City Corporation since 1994. She served as an Executive Vice President of Corporate Operations & Information Services Group as well as Private Client Group of National City Corporation. She oversaw the Commercial and Consumer Loan Operations groups for National City. In a banking career that spans more than 25 years at National City, she held senior management positions in retail banking, branch banking and lending operations. Ms. Grebenc began her career with National City as a trainee in the Branch Administration Development Program and served as Branch Manager and Lending Officer and Assistant Vice President since 1987. Since 1989, she served as Vice President in the Business Services Group. Since 1990, she served as Marketing Director for National City Bank of Cleveland. Ms. Grebenc was responsible for all deposit gathering, lending and fee generation for 1,200 retail bank branches with 10,000 employees across six states. She served as the Head of Loan Operations at National City, where she oversaw the booking and servicing of $85 billion in consumer, small business and commercial loans. She other roles and responsibilities at the bank included leading the national sales management organization for National City's Private Client Group of high net worth clients, as well as oversight of advertising, marketing research, product development and pricing of deposits and loans. She served as an Executive Vice President of Wealth Segment at Key, where she built and implemented a comprehensive advice-based Wealth strategy consisting of segmentation, delivery, compensation, recruiting and training. At Key Bank, Ms. Grebenc was responsible for the strategic direction and execution of the bank's $400 million Wealth segment, including high net worth client base, which was located throughout 19 states Since 1995, She served as an Executive Vice President of the Retail Banking Group. In 1998, she was responsible for all of National City's retail branches. She served as an Executive Vice President of the Consumer and Commercial Loan Services of National City Bank since 2003. Ms. Grebenc has a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from John Carroll University in 1982 and a Master of Business Administration degree in Finance and Marketing from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University in 1989.
