Mr. David D. Brown V, CPA has been the Chief Financial Officer of First Community Bancshares Inc. since May 2006 and its Principal Accounting Officer. Mr. Brown has been Secretary of First Community Bancshares, Inc. since July 15, 2016. He has been the Chief Financial Officer of First Community Bank since May 2006 and served as its Senior Vice President of Finance since May 2006. Since joining First Community Bancshares Inc. (nv) in April 2005, he served as Financial Reporting Coordinator, from April 2005 to May 2006 which requires a broad base of banking and regulatory knowledge coupled with strong working relationships with key executives, SEC counsel and the Independent Registered Public Accounting Firm. Prior to joining First Community, Mr. Brown was with United Bankshares, Inc., and Charleston, West Virginia, where he served in various positions. He served as a Corporate Auditor and Audit Manager of United Bankshares, Inc., from September 1999 to April 2005. Prior to his years at United, he was in public accounting with the Charleston-based regional accounting firm of Suttle & Stalnaker. Mr. Brown holds a Bachelors Degree and a Masters in Professional Accountancy from West Virginia University.

Mr. E. Stephen Lilly has been the Chief Operating Officer of First Community Bancshares, Inc. and First Community Bank, National Association (Bluefield, VA) since June 2000. Mr. Lilly has been Chief Information Officer of First Community Bank, N. A. since January 25, 2011 and has been its Executive Vice President since January 2011. He has been First Community Bancshares since 1997. He has also served in a variety of banking positions and capacities with the First Community Bancshares and other banking organizations where he supervised and managed a number of operational elements, implemented new technologies and successfully migrated and consolidated bank operations and data. Mr. Lilly also has significant experience in process engineering and customer service management. He serves as Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for First Community Bank, National Association (Bluefield, VA). He served as a Senior Vice President of First Community Bank N A from June 2000 to January 25, 2011. Mr. Lilly served as Vice President of Operations at Premier Bankshares Corp. and First Community Bank. He has been Chair of Payments Advisory Council at Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond since June 2015.

Mr. Gary R. Mills has been the President of First Community Bancshares, Inc., since August 31, 2013. Mr. Mills has been Chief Executive Officer and President of First Community Bank since August 31, 2013. He served as the Chief Credit Officer of First Community Bank since 2006. He served as the Chief Credit Officer of First Community Bancshares, Inc. since January 2007. He has worked in Credit Administration since 2005. He has been employed by First Community Bancshares since 1998. Mr. Mills joined First Community Bank in 1998 as City Executive of Princeton, West Virginia. He has been a Director of First Community Bancshares, Inc. since August 30, 2016. He serves as Director of First Community Bank NA.

Eddie McCall serves as the Senior Vice President of First Community Bank. Eddie started at First Community Bank in June of 2012. Eddie is currently based in the Richmond, Virginia Area.
