Mr. Stollings oversees all banking operations of First Financial Bank including Consumer Banking, Commercial and Private Banking, Mortgage Banking and Investment Commercial Real Estate lending. Mr. Stollings served as Chief Operating Officer of First Financial Bancorp. since December 1, 2014 until May 23, 2017. Mr. Stollings served as Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President of First Financial Bank and he was appointed to its President of Consumer Banking in January 2017. Mr. Stollings served as the Chief Financial Officer of First Financial Bancorp. since January 18, 2013 and Executive Vice President since September 01, 2011. He served as the Chief Administrative Officer at First Financial Bancorp. since August 20, 2013. He served as Interim Chief Risk Officer of First Financial Bancorp. since September 01, 2011. He served as the Chief Accounting Officer, Senior Vice President and Controller of First Financial Bancorp. since December 20, 2006. Mr. Stollings has more than 25 years experience in the financial services industry. Prior to joining First Financial, Mr. Stollings served as the Chief Financial Officer of Midwest Financial Holdings Inc. He worked 13 years at Provident Financial Group Inc., a commercial banking and financial services company in Cincinnati, Ohio, where he served as Chief Accounting Officer and Controller from July 2002 to 2004 and Senior Vice President and Controller from 1998 to 2002. Mr. Stollings served as a Controller of The Provident Bank, a subsidiary of Provident Financial Group Inc. since October 1991 and served as its Senior Vice President since August 1998 and Chief Accounting Officer since December 2002. He served as the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of PFGI Capital Corp. He served as a Director of PFGI Capital Corp., since July 2002. Mr. Stollings is a CPA.

Mr. Richard S. Dennen, also known as Rick, CPA has been the President of Commercial Finance at First Financial Bank, National Association (Hamilton, OH) since October 1, 2016. Mr. Dennen oversees the First Financial Bank, National Association's national lending businesses. Mr. Dennen founded Oak Street Funding LLC in 2003 and serves as its Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer and President. He has over 17 years of knowledge in accounting, finance, business development and evaluation and deal structuring. He served as the Chief Financial Officer of Tranex Credit Corp., where he structured and coordinated lines of credit, whole loan sale facilities and securitizations. He also held similar positions for a specialty insurance finance company, responsible for capital planning and raising, accounting, asset management and information technology. He served as Investment Manager at White River Venture Partners, LP. He served as a Partner for a venture capital firm and a Senior Manager of Deloitte & Touche, LLP. While with Deloitte & Touche LLP, Mr. Dennen worked on public and private companies as an auditor and consultant on securitizations, public offerings, mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, valuations, Lean assessments for clients including General Motors, Union Acceptance Corporation, Bank One Corp., JD Byrider, Blue River Bancshares, Delco Electronics, Delco Remy, Interstate Credit Corporation and Enkei America. He serves as Director of Indiana CPA Society. Mr. Dennen served as Director of Tranex Credit Corp. Mr. Dennen is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a B.S. in Accounting from Indiana University and an M.B.A. with a concentration in finance, from Indiana University's Kelley School of Business. He is licensed to engage in the business of insurance in the State of Indiana for Life, Accident & Health products.

Linda Novitski serves as Vice President and Applications Manager of First Financial Bank, N.A., a subsidiary of First Financial Bancorp (oh) and has been its Interim Chief Technology Officer since December 2005.

Mr. Dan Kane has been the President of Dayton at First Financial Bancorp since October 2013. Mr. Kane served as Vice President of First Financial bank of First Financial Bancorp (oh) since May 3, 2006. He has joined First Financial as a vice president and commercial banking manager after working the last six years as a vice president and business banking group manager for another local bank. A commercial banker for 20 years, he has experience in sales management, lending, relationship management, credit policy and administration and strategic planning. A resident of Kettering and graduate of Leadership Dayton, Mr. Kane earned his bachelor's degree in business administration at Bowling Green State University. He serves on several committees of Dayton's Citywide Development Corporation and is treasurer of the Miami Valley Council of Boy Scouts of America. In 2000, he was honored with one of the Dayton Business Journal's '40 Under 40' leadership awards.

Mr. Matthew B. Burgess has been the Chief Internal Auditor and Executive Vice President at First Financial Bancorp. and First Financial Bank since October 2011. Before joining First Financial, he held audit department leadership and general audit positions in several financial institutions and external auditor consultants. Mr. Burgess is a certified public accountant, certified internal auditor (CIA), and certified information systems auditor (CISA).

Mr. Bradley J. Ringwald, also known as Brad, has been the President of Community Banking at First Financial Bank since September 2016 and served as its President of Specialty Banking from July 2014 to October 1, 2016. Mr. Ringwald served as President of Corporate Banking of First Financial Bancorp., since March 24, 2014 and its President of First Financial Business Capital Division since October 2014. He joined First Financial in 2006 and has 18 years of commercial banking experience. Mr. Ringwald helped launch First Financial's specialty finance group for three years.
