Mr. David G. Harker has been an Executive Vice President of Central Region at First Industrial Realty Trust Inc. since March 2009. Mr. Harker leads the management of First Industrial's Central Region portfolio and people. As Executive Vice President for First Industrial Realty Trust, Mr. Harker is responsible for all aspects of the Company's operations including leasing, acquisition and divestment activity in the Central Region, which spans from Michigan to Texas. He is also a member of the Company's management committee, providing strategic direction for future opportunities. Prior to his current position, Mr. Harker served as First Industrial's Executive Director of Investments since April 18, 2005 until March 2009 where he lead the Company's investment activities and its team of transaction officers. Mr. Harker served as Senior Regional Director at First Industrial Realty Trust Inc. from 2002 to April 2005 and as its Regional Director from 1998 to 2002. In that position, he directed the acquisition and development of more than 6 million square feet of real estate valued at more than $200 million. Before joining First Industrial, Mr. Harker was a Vice President at the Trammell Crow Company. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Illinois and an M.B.A. in Finance from the University of Pennsylvania Wharton School.

Mr. Johannson L. Yap is a Co-Founder First Industrial Realty Trust Inc. and has been its Chief Investment Officer since February 1997 and Executive Vice President of West Region since March 2009. Mr. Yap served as Senior Vice President of Acquisitions at First Industrial Realty Trust Inc. from April 1994 to February 1997. Mr. Yap directs the overall investment and disposition strategy of the company, including the approval process, for both on-balance sheet and joint venture transactions. During Mr. Yap's career with First Industrial, he has overseen the underwriting and execution of more than $12 billion of industrial real estate transactions. He is also is responsible for management of First Industrial Realty Trust Inc.'s West Region portfolio and personnel. He has led the sourcing and structuring of more than $1 billion of UPREIT investments that established the First Industrial's national platform. Mr. Yap has also directed the formation of several joint ventures, which have significantly expanded First Industrial's franchise. Prior to joining First Industrial, he worked for The Shidler Group where he was responsible for financing, construction management, leasing, asset and property management and sales. His professional affiliations include the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and the National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts (NAREIT). Mr. Yap serves on the Board of Advisors of the James A. Graaskamp Center for Real Estate at the University of Wisconsin. He earned his Masters of Business Administration and Masters of Architecture from the University of Illinois Champaign-Urbana and his Bachelor of Science in architecture from the University of the Philippines.

Mr. Peter O. Schultz, Jr., has been an Executive Vice President of East Region at First Industrial Realty Trust Inc. since March 2009. Mr. Schultz focused on creating sophisticated industrial real estate solutions for customers in the Eastern U.S. As Executive Vice President - East Region for First Industrial Realty Trust, he manages the region's portfolio and team of experts and is responsible for proper execution of all leasing, development, acquisition and disposition activities along the East Coast. He served as Managing Director of East Region at First Industrial Realty Trust Inc. from November 2007 to December 2008. He served as Senior Vice President of Portfolio Management from January 2009 to March 2009 and as its Vice President of Leasing from September 2004 to November 2007. He served as Senior Regional Director for Philadelphia office at First Industrial Realty Trust Inc. and as its Regional Director for Eastern Pennsylvania from March 1998 to December 2000. He joined First Industrial in 1998 upon the acquisition of PBS Properties, Inc.'s portfolio, where he served as President and Managing Partner. Previously, Mr. Schultz was the Director of Marketing and Sales for the Pickering Group and Morgantown Properties. An active member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), Mr. Schultz also holds a real estate broker license for the state of Pennsylvania. He earned his B.A. in Business Administration from Gettysburg College.

Mr. Scott A. Musil, CPA, has been Chief Financial Officer of First Industrial Realty Trust Inc. since March 10, 2011 and had been its Chief Accounting Officer since March 2006 until January 05, 2017. Mr. Musil served as the Acting Chief Financial Officer at First Industrial Realty Trust Inc. from December 2008 to March 10, 2011 and served as its Senior Vice President since March 2001. He served as Treasurer of First Industrial Realty Trust Inc. since May 2002 and as its Assistant Secretary since August 2014. Mr. Musil served as Controller of First Industrial Realty Trust Inc. from December 1995 to March 2012 and as its Assistant Secretary from May 1996 to March 2012 and July 2012 to May 2014. He served as Vice President of First Industrial Realty Trust Inc. from May 1998 to March 2001 and as its Secretary from March 2012 to July 2012 and May 2014 to August 2014. Prior to joining First Industrial, he served in various capacities with Arthur Andersen & Company specializing in the real estate and finance industries. Mr. Musil is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts (NAREIT). He earned his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the DePaul University and his Masters of Business Administration from the University of Chicago's Graduate School of Business.
