Mr. Michael L. Scudder, also known as Mike, has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of First Midwest BanCorp, Inc. since September 14, 2008. He has been the Chairman of First Midwest BanCorp, Inc. since November 14, 2017. He has been the Chairman of First Midwest Bank, a subsidiary of First Midwest BanCorp. Inc. since 2011. He served as Vice Chairman of First Midwest Bank from 2010 to 2011. He has been Director at First Midwest Bancorp Inc. since September 14,2008. He holds a bachelor's degree in accounting from Illinois Wesleyan University in 1982 and an MBA from DePaul University in 1993.

From 1980 to 2007, he held a number of leadership positions in commercial banking at LaSalle Bank, N.A. and its parent, ABN AMRO Bank, N.V., including Corporate Executive Vice President. Mr. Sander has more than 30 years of banking experience. He serves as Director of First Midwest Bank. He has been a Director at First Midwest BanCorp Inc. since August 26, 2014. Mr. Sander earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Illinois in 1980 and a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and International Economics from the University of Chicago in 1983.

Mr. Nicholas J. Chulos, also known as Nick, has been an Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at First Midwest Bancorp, Inc. since 2012. Mr. Chulos has been Chief Legal Officer, Executive Vice President and Corporate Secretary of First Midwest Bank, a subsidiary of First Midwest Bancorp Inc. since 2012 and served as its Chief Financial Officer.

Ms. Kristen L. Saranteas has been the Head of Treasury Management and Senior Vice President at First Midwest Bank Inc. since June 2015. Ms. Saranteas has been the Head of Treasury Management Division at First Midwest Bancorp Inc. since June 2015. Ms. Saranteas's career in the banking industry spans 24 years and includes senior roles at American National Bank, The Northern Trust Company, the Royal Bank of Scotland Group and most recently, Wintrust Financial Corporation. She previously worked for Wintrust Financial and Northern Trust. She has an experience in domestic and global cash management and in working with both small businesses to large corporations. She received a Bachelor's Degree in International Studies from Miami University, Oxford Ohio.

Ms. Jo Ann Boylan serves as Chief Information & Operations Officer and Executive Vice President at First Midwest Bancorp, Inc. Ms. Boylan has been Chief Information & Operations Officer and Executive Vice President at First Midwest Bank Inc. since April 08, 2016. She is responsible for overseeing information technology, deposit and loan operations, facilities and project management at First Midwest Bank. Her career spans over 30 years, most recently at MB Financial Bank as Chief Technology Officer. Previously, she held leadership positions of increasing responsibility at AmTrust Bank (acquired by New York Community Bank) and KeyCorp. She served as an Executive Vice President and Chief Technology Officer of AmTrust Bank (formerly Ohio Savings Bank). She is actively involved in several professional and community organizations, including Special Olympics Illinois. Ms. Boylan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Computer Applications from Pennsylvania State University.

Mr. James P. Hotchkiss has been an Executive Vice President and Treasurer at First Midwest BanCorp Inc. since 2007 and at its subsidiary, First Midwest Bank since 2004. Mr. Hotchkiss served as a Senior Vice President and Treasurer of First Midwest Bank since 2000. Mr. Hotchkiss served as the Director of International Money Markets of Bank of Montereal.

Mr. James M. Roolf, also known as Jim, serves as Senior Vice President and Corporate Relations Officer of First Midwest Bank Inc. at First Midwest BanCorp. Inc. and First Midwest Bank. Mr. Roolf served as Joliet Banking Center President of First Midwest Bank. He has been associated with First Midwest Bank (formerly Union National Bank and Trust Company) and First Midwest Bancorp, Inc., for 37 years. In addition to serving as IBA chairman, he also has served on the IBA's State and Federal Legislative Committees and he has served on the IBA Government Relations Committee for over 25 years. He served as Chairman of Illinois Bankers Association since July 2011. He serves as Chairman of the Board of Silver Cross Hospital and serves as a board member of the Will County Center for Economic Development. He serves as a Director of Illinois Bankers Association. Mr. Roolf's board service includes the Illinois State Tollway Highway Authority Board, the Housing Foundation of Will County and Joliet Catholic Academy. Additionally he is a staunch supporter of the United Way of Will County and has chaired its annual campaign three times in the last ten years. He serves as Director of The Illinois State Toll Highway Authority. In 2009, he was the first recipient of the Big Brothers Big Sisters of America National BIG Citizen of the Year and he also has been honored with the University of St. Francis President's Medal for Community Service. He has received numerous other recognition awards, including the United Way of Will County Roger Osman Award for distinguished volunteer service, the International Economic Development Council 2007 Citizen Leadership Award, and the South West Suburban Philanthropic Network Philanthropic Leadership Award. He is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame and has also attended and completed the Executive Program at the Graduate School of Strategic Planning and Bank Marketing Management at the University of Georgia, as well as several other management and banking schools and programs.

Mr. Lawrence P. Kelley, also known as Larry, has been the Market President of South Metro Chicago and Northwest Indiana Markets at First Midwest Bancorp, Inc. since January 2017. Mr. Kelley served as Vice Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President at Standard Bancshares, Inc. and Standard Bank And Trust Company. He has been a Director at Little Company of Mary Hospital and Health Care Centers, Inc. since March 14, 2017 and First Midwest Bank Inc. since December 31, 2016. He served as a Director of Standard Bank And Trust Company and Standard Bancshares, Inc.

Mr. Dean R. Glassberg has been an Executive Vice President of Middle Market Banking at First Midwest Bancorp Inc. since April 1, 2015. Mr. Glassberg has 26 years of banking experience. In his 16-year career at First Midwest Bank, he has had various senior lending responsibilities and served as Regional President of the Bank's Northern Region.
