Mr. Laurence J. Hueth, also known as Larry, has been the Chief Executive Officer and President at First Federal Savings and Loan Association of Port Angeles and First Northwest Bancorp since March 26, 2013. Prior to joining First Federal, Mr. Hueth served at by PFF Bank & Trust located in Pomona, California for 15 years holding positions in finance, treasury and operational risk management, including serving as Vice President, Operational Risk Manager and Bank Treasurer from 2005 to November 2008. He serves as a Director of First Northwest Bancorp. He has been a Director of First Federal Savings and Loan Association of Port Angeles and First Northwest Bancorp since 2010.

Ms. Regina Marie Wood has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President at of First Federal Savings & Loan Association of Port Angeles and First Northwest Bancorp since March 2013. Ms. Kelly A. Liske has been Chief Banking Officer and Executive Vice President of First Federal Savings and Loan Association of Port Angeles and First Northwest Bancorp since July 2013. Ms. Liske joined First Federal in 2006. Ms. Liske has been Chief Banking Officer and Executive Vice President of First Northwest Bancorp since July 2013. Ms. Liske served as Vice President and Commercial Relationship Manager of First Northwest Bancorp. from July 2011 to July 2013. She served as Branch Manager and Assistant Vice President for first Federal???S Port Townsend Branch from 2006 to 2011.

Mr. Christopher A. Donohue, also known as Chris, has been Chief Credit Officer and Executive Vice President of First Federal Savings and Loan Association of Port Angeles and First Northwest Bancorp since April 24, 2013. Mr. Donohue has a 28 year banking career, specializing in real estate lending and has experience in C&I Lending, troubled debt collection and operations management. Mr. Donohue served as a Vice President and Senior Assets Officer of the Bank of Nevada since August 2012. He served as a Senior Vice President and Credit Administrator at Bank of George from September 2010 to September 2011. Mr. Donohue served as the Chief Lending Officer of SouthwestUSA Bank. He served as Executive Vice President and Chief Credit Officer of SouthwestUSA Bank since 2007 until 2010. Mr. Donohue was responsible to oversee the general functions, processes and activities of SouthwestUSA as well as utilizing, teaching and training his staff to ensure the highest quality banking and customer service experience for clients. He joined SouthwestUSA Bank in 2005. He also served with Royal Bank of Canada. He worked with large regional banks as well as community banks. He served as the President of Sertoma. He is the Chairman of Sertoma. He was a Co-chairman of the Hearing Impaired Department Task Force for the Clark County School District. He served on the Governor's task force for the implementation of sign language in the Clark County School District. He served as Executive Director of the Sign Design Theatre Company and also volunteered with the Boys Scouts of America as a Committee Chairman. He graduated from California State University, Fresno where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.

Mr. Jeffrey S. Davis, also known as Jeff has been the Chief Operating Officer and Executive vice President of First Northwest Bancorp since September 2014. Mr. Davis has been the Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President of First Federal Savings & Loan Association of Port Angeles since February 25,2015. Mr. Davis served as Bank Operations Officer and Senior Vice President of First Northwest Bancorp since September 01, 2014. Mr. Davis served as a Senior Vice President of First Federal Savings and Loan Association of Port Angeles since September 01, 2014. He served as First Vice President of First Merchants Corporation since June 2007 until October 2010.

Ms. Joyce L. Ruiz has been the Chief Administrative Officer, Executive Vice President and Corporate Secretary of First Federal Savings & Loan Association of Port Angeles since December 2005. Ms. Ruiz serves as the Chief Administrative Officer, Executive Vice President and Corporate Secretary at First Northwest Bancorp.

Mr. Patrick Edward Brady, also known as Ed, CRCM, has been the Chief Risk Officer and Senior Vice President of First Federal Savings & Loan Association of Port Angeles and First Northwest Bancorp. since March 2013. Mr. Brady serves as Compliance & BSA Officer at First Federal Savings and Loan Association of Port Angeles and First Northwest Bancorp. He is responsible for First Federal's Enterprise Risk Management Program. He served as correctional investigator from 1998 to 2004, for the Washington state department of corrections. He served as Interim chief risk officer and vice president of First Northwest Bancorp from December 2012 to March 2013. He is a member of the Institute of Certified Bankers (ICB), where he holds the Certified Regulatory Compliance Management (CRCM) designation.

Kim Romberg serves as the Vice President of Operations of First Federal. Kim started at First Federal in Jan of 1988. Kim currently resides in the Greater Seattle Area.

Terry Anderson serves as the Executive Vice President/Chief Credit Officer of First Federal. Terry started at First Federal in September of 2018. Terry currently resides in the Greater Seattle Area.
