Mr. Jeremy Alan Rakusin has been the Chief Financial Officer at FirstService Corporation since June 01, 2015. Jay S. Hennick is the Founder and Chairman of FirstService Corporation (???FirstService???). In June 2015, Mr. Hennick became the Chairman and CEO of Colliers International Group Inc. Mr. Hennick was the CEO of FirstService from 1988 to 2015. In 1998, Mr. Hennick was awarded Canada's Entrepreneur of the Year, in 2001 he was named Canada's CEO of the Year by Canadian Business Magazine and in 2011, received an honorary Doctorate of Laws from York University and the University of Ottawa. Mr. Hennick currently serves as Immediate Past Chairman of Sinai Health System, in Toronto and is the immediate past Chair of The Mount Sinai Hospital Board of Directors. In addition, Mr. Hennick has endowed the Jay S. Hennick JD-MBA Program at the Faculty of Law and School of Management at the University of Ottawa Law School, his alma mater, and The Hennick Centre for Business and Law, a joint program of the Osgoode Hall Law School and the Schulich School of Business at York University. Mr. Hennick holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from York University in Toronto and a Doctorate of Laws from the University of Ottawa.

Mr. Charlie E. Chase has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of FirstService Brands, Inc. of FirstService Corporation since 2010. Mr. Chase served as the President of Consumer Franchises at The Franchise Company, Inc. Mr. Chase was the Founder, Chief Executive Officer and President of CertaPro Painters (CertaPro Group) since 1992. Throughout his 30 years with FirstService Brands, Mr. Chase served numerous roles, starting as a Franchise owner at College Pro Painters since in 1982. Mr. Charles M. Fallon, Jr., also known as Chuck, has been the Chief Executive Officer of FirstService Residential at FirstService Corporation since April 2013. Mr. Fallon has been the Chief Executive Officer of Firstservice Residential Management, Inc. and First Service Residential Florida, Inc. since April 2013. Mr. Fallon is responsible for identifying acquisitions, recruiting key employees, conceptualizing business initiatives and directing FirstService's overall expansion. He served as the President of The Terminix International Company Limited Partnership at The ServiceMaster Company, LLC from December 5, 2011 to March 29, 2013. He has 25-year career with globally recognized Fortune 500 companies. He is a seasoned veteran of the customer service industry known for his leadership on client service excellence and has a strong track record of driving growth for globally recognized Fortune 500 companies. He led sales, marketing and revenue management at AvisBudget Group and began his career as an investment banker in New York and London. Mr. Fallon served as an Executive Vice President of Revenue Generation at Avis Rent A Car System, LLC. He has extensive background in business strategy, operations, sales, marketing and network development. Mr. Fallon served as an Executive Vice President and President of North America Region at Burger King Holdings Inc. and Burger King Worldwide, Inc. (now Restaurant Brands International Inc.) from June 19, 2006 to 2011. He served as an Executive Vice President of Revenue Generation for Cendant Car Rental Group, Inc., the parent company of Budget Rent A Car System, Inc. since 2002 and led all global corporate, international and travel industry sales, as well as marketing, pricing and yield management. Mr. Fallon joined Cendant in 1998 and was responsible for the Preferred Alliance Group and Cendant Supplier Services. Mr. Fallon served eight years at Cendant Corporation. He worked at Prudential-Bache Securities Inc. and Hoare Govett, Ltd. since 1990. He served as an Executive Vice President of Sales for Avis Rent-A-Car from August 2001 to October 2002. He served as the Chief Operating Officer of Cendant Membership Services, a $700 million direct marketing unit, where he played a key role in executing the management buy-out of the Cendant Membership Services by Trilegiant Corporation. Mr. Fallon served as a Director of Investment Banking Division of Salomon Smith Barney. Mr. Fallon graduated with a BBA in Accounting and Finance from McMurry University in Abilene, TX and has an MBA in Finance from Columbia University's Graduate School of Business.
