Equity based on work and not on which executive I have a personal relationship with in hopes of advancing my position at this company. I want to be recognized and not fall behind because the CTO has his favorites since they are dating him.

The type of work is the most positive in this company. I enjoy what my work consisted of and how the accumulated data showed necessary results to the clients. I find it amusing when I would see the end result of an event based on the data we accumulated for their product or marketing campaign.
