not quite a best part. I just feel that it is adequate and full coverage.
I feel most of my coworkers work well together. There is a but of transparency missing but I feel that is a top down thing.
They are a smart group of people and really want the business to succeed. They downside is they dont understand the importance of company culture and transparency. This is where the feel fails huge.
Company culture. Total lack of career growth. They wont invest in you unless you go want to grow on the track they want you to grow at. When you communicate what kind of growth you need they agree and then act like the conversation never happened.
I feel I am being held back with no just reason. I have spoken with CEO and Managing Director 6 months part. Both stressed they wanted me to stay and grow here but do not offer advancement and did not have a discussion with me when I asked bout more advanced roles.
