What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are a smart group of people and really want the business to succeed. They downside is they dont understand the importance of company culture and transparency. This is where the feel fails huge.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
People/leadership training, communication skills, organizational structure training and transparency.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
not quite a best part. I just feel that it is adequate and full coverage.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel very well compensated
I feel I am being held back with no just reason. I have spoken with CEO and Managing Director 6 months part. Both stressed they wanted me to stay and grow here but do not offer advancement and did not have a discussion with me when I asked bout more advanced roles.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are incredibly collaborative and supportive of each others projects
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
I feel most of my coworkers work well together. There is a but of transparency missing but I feel that is a top down thing.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Flexibility in work, flexible time off, a good social events calendar outside of work
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
upper management needs to make it priority.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The honesty and openness of everyone that interviewed me.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Company culture. Total lack of career growth. They wont invest in you unless you go want to grow on the track they want you to grow at. When you communicate what kind of growth you need they agree and then act like the conversation never happened.
What do you like best about your company?
The collaborative nature, the clear communications and the involvement of every team within the agency.
