Mr. John R. Buran has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of Flushing Financial Corporation since July 1, 2005. Mr. Buran has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of Flushing Bank since July 1, 2005. He served as Chief Executive Officer and President of Flushing Savings Bank, FSB since July 2005. He served as the Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President of Flushing Financial Corp. and Flushing Bank from January, 2001 to July 2005. He spent more than 30 years in the banking industry, beginning with Citibank in 1977, where he held a variety of management positions including Business Manager of their retail distribution in Westchester, Long Island and Manhattan and Vice President in charge of Investment Sales Division. He left Citibank to become Senior Vice President, Division Head for Retail Services of NatWest Bank from 1994 to 1996 and for the four-year period prior to joining the Bank, he served as an Executive Vice President of Fleet Bank's (now Bank of America) Metro Division in New York City, Long Island, Westchester and Southern Connecticut. He also served as a Consultant and Assistant to the President of Carver Bank, the nation's largest minority controlled bank. He served as the Chairman of the Board at New York Bankers Association Inc. He served as the Vice Chairman of New York Bankers Association. He serves as a Director of New York Business Development Corporation. He has been a Director of Federal Home Loan Bank of New York since December 1, 2010. He has been a Director of Flushing Financial Corp. since June 17, 2003. He serves as Director of New York Bankers Association Inc. He serves as a Trustee of St. Joseph's College and a Board Member and past Board President of Neighborhood Housing Services of New York City. He has been a Director of Flushing Bank since June 17, 2003. Mr. Buran devoted his time to a variety of charitable and not for profit organizations. He serves as a Board Member of the Long Island Association, both the Nassau and Suffolk County Boy Scouts, Family and Children's Association, EAS, Long Island University, the Long Island Philharmonic and Channel 21. He serves as a Board Member of The Korean AmericanYouth Foundation. He served as Director of Flushing Savings Bank, FSB since 2003. He was the Fundraising Chairman for the Suffolk County Vietnam Veteran's War Memorial in Farmingville and has been recipient of the Boy Scouts' Chief Scout Citizen Award. Mr. Buran's work in the community has been recognized by Family and Children's Association and the Goodwin Jewish Geriatric Center. He was also a recipient of the Long Island Association's SBA Small Business Advocate Award. He was honored with St. Joseph's College's Distinguished Service Award in 1998 and 2004. Mr. Buran holds an M.B.A. in Marketing and a B.S. in Management, both from New York University and is a Graduate of the University of Buffalo's course in Advanced Commercial Lending.

Ms. Susan K. Cullen has been Chief Financial Officer, Senior Executive Vice President and Treasurer at Flushing Financial Corporation. since February 5, 2016 and served as its Chief Accounting Officer and Executive Vice President since August 2015. Mr. Francis W. Korzekwinski serves as Chief Real Estate Lending Officer and Executive Vice President of Flushing Bank. Mr. Korzekwinski has been Chief of Real Estate Lending of Flushing Financial Corporation and its subsidiary, Flushing Bank since December 21, 2006. and has been its Senior Executive Vice President since January 2014. Mr. Korzekwinski is also responsible for commercial real estate lending activity of The New York Federal Division of The Bank. Mr. Korzekwinski served as Senior Vice President of Flushing Financial Corporation since 1999. He served as an Executive Vice President and Chief Real Estate Lending Officer of Flushing Savings Bank, FSB since February 2006. Mr. Korzekwinski served as Senior Vice President of Flushing Bank (formerly Flushing Savings Bank, FSB) and also served as Vice President of Commercial Real Estate, The Bank, a Subsidiary of Flushing Financial Corporation. He joined Flushing Savings Bank, FSB in 1993 as Assistant Vice President of Commercial Real Estate. Prior to joining the Flushing Savings Bank, Mr. Korzekwinski served as Vice President of Mortgage Officer for Bankers Federal Savings Bank, FSB for five years. He served as an Executive Vice President of Flushing Financial Corporation since December 2006 until January 2014. Prior to that, Mr. Korzekwinski served as Vice President of Secondary Marketing for Mortgage Banking Company. Ms. Theresa Kelly has been Executive Vice President of Business Banking at Flushing Financial Corp. since January 2014. Ms. Kelly served as Senior Vice President of Business Banking of Flushing Bank (formerly Flushing Savings Bank FSB) since May 31, 2006 and served as Senior Vice President of Business Banking at Flushing Financial Corp. since May 31, 2006 until January 2014. Prior to joining Flushing Savings Bank, Ms. Kelly held various Senior Vice President positions within the Commercial Banking Group and Business Financial Services Group for Bank of America. Prior to her work at Bank of America, Ms. Kelly worked at Citibank as Senior Relationship Manager-Business and Professional Sales.

Ms. Maria A. Grasso serves as Chief Operating Officer and Senior Executive Vice President of Flushing Bank and served as its Executive Vice President. Ms. Grasso has been the Chief Operating Officer of Flushing Financial Corporation since May 1, 2006 and has been its Senior Executive Vice President since January 2014. Ms. Grasso serves as Corporate Secretary of Flushing Financial Corp. She served as Executive Vice President of Flushing Financial Corporation since May 1, 2006 until January 2014. She served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Flushing Savings Bank, FSB since May 2006. She served as a Senior Vice President of the Long Island Queens Division of The Bank of New York overseeing a 102-branch organization that serves the personal and small business banking needs of customers in Queens, Nassau and Suffolk. From 1997 to 2002, she served as Senior Vice President, NY Metro Division of Fleet Bank, N.A. Prior to 1997, Ms. Grasso held several senior management positions at Natwest Bank and Chase Manhattan Bank, N.A. She has been Chairman and Director of United Way Of Long Island since January 21, 2016. She serves as a Board Member of Long Island's United Way and Cancercare of Long Island. Ms. Grasso has been honored by Cancercare of Long Island, Harbor Child Care, Long Island Museum, the YMCA and the Center for Business and Professional Women. Molloy College named her Businessperson of the Month in April 2005 and she is recipient of the People's Hope Award from Long Island's United Way. She is the recipient of the 2004 Alumni Achievers Award from Hofstra University. Ms. Grasso holds BBA in Finance from Hofstra University and MBA in Marketing from Adelphi University.

Mr. Michael Bingold has been Executive Vice President of Flushing Financial Corp. since August 2014 Senior and has been its Director of Distribution & Client Development since January 2014. Mr. Bingold served as Vice President of Flushing Financial Corp. since May 2013 until August 2014.

Mr. Ronald Hartmann, also known as Ron has been Executive Vice President of Commercial Real Estate Lending at Flushing Financial Corp. since January 2014. Mr. Hartmann is a seasoned banking executive with over 25 years of combined experience in the banking and real estate industries. Prior to joining Flushing Savings Bank, he was a Vice President, Commercial Real Estate Lending Officer for Long Island Savings Bank for 2 years. He served as Senior Vice President of Commercial Real Estate Lending at Flushing Financial Corp. since February 5, 2007 until January 2014. From 1992 to 1996, he served as Manager of Loan Workouts for Crossland Federal Savings Bank. In addition to his career in Banking, he was previously the President of the Community Bankers Mortgage Forum; and is actively involved in various other mortgage-related associations including New York State Community Bankers and the Metropolitan Mortgage Officers. Mr. Hartmann holds a BA in Economics from SUNY Oswego and an MBA in Finance from St. John's University.

Mr. Kenneth E. Tays has been Chief Audit Officer and Executive Vice President of Flushing Financial Corporation since May 2016. Mr. Tays held senior management positions at Citi Group Internal Audit and Citi Branded Cards since 2011, where he implemented the Citi Cards Supplier Risk Management Program. Prior to that, Mr. Tays was the Manager, Financial Services Regulatory Advisory at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. He worked for 12 years as a Federal Regulator with the Office of Thrift Supervision. Mr. Tays is a Certified Federal Thrift Regulator and Commissioned Thrift Examiner.

Ms. Caterina dePasquale has been Senior Vice President and Director of Strategic Development & Delivery at Flushing Financial Corp. since January 2010. Ms. dePasquale joined Flushing Financial Corp. in 2007 as Vice President and Director of Retail Banking & Distribution. Prior to joining Flushing Financial Corp., Ms. dePasquale held various Senior Vice President positions, including District Manager and Regional Service Manager, within the Retail Banking operations of Bank of America and its predecessor banks.

Mr. Jeoung Jin, also known as A.J., has been Executive Vice President of Residential, Mixed-Use and Small Multi-Family Real Estate Lending of Flushing Financial Corp. since January 2014. Mr. Jin served as Senior Vice President of Residential and Mixed-Use Real Estate Lending at Flushing Bank, a subsidiary of Flushing Financial Corp. since February 5, 2007 until January 2014. Prior to joining Flushing Savings Bank, Mr. Jin served as an Assistant Vice President, Consumer Lending Loan Officer at Korea Exchange Bank for two years. From 1994 to 1996, he served as Loan Administrator at Korea First Bank of New York. Mr. Jin is a seasoned Banking Executive with over 13 years of experience in the banking industry. Mr. Jin holds a BA in History from SUNY Binghamton.
