Mr. Mark D. Carpenter has been President of Drainage Pipe & Products at Forterra, Inc. since April 2016. Mr. Carpenter serves as the President of Forterra Drainage Pipe & Products. He has been the President of Drainage Pipe & Products and also has been its General Manager of Drainage Pipe & Products. He served as Senior Vice President and General Manager of Drainage Pipe & Products since January 2016. He served as Senior Vice President of Hanson Engineered Products at Forterra plc (Alternative Name: Hanson Building Products Limited) from May 2013 to December 2015. He was responsible for the North America pressure pipe, U.S. structural precast and Eastern Canada gravity pipe and precast businesses. He joined Hanson in October 2005 and managed a number of gravity pipe and precast businesses in the United States, assuming responsibility for all of U.S. Gravity Pipe & Precast in 2012. He served as Senior Vice President for Hanson Pipe & Precast West US from 2011 to August 2012 and assuming responsibility for all of U.S. Drainage Pipe & Products and Senior Vice President of Hanson Pipe & Precast US from August 2012 to May 2013. Prior to joining Hanson, he served as Senior Consultant with Collinson Grant, where he led post-acquisition integration and restructuring assignments for Hanson across North America. His early career was with British American Tobacco in the United Kingdom and Russia. Mr. Carpenter holds a B.Sc. degree in Engineering from Brunel University, London and an M.B.A. degree from Henley Business School.

Mr. Charlie Brown has been Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President at Forterra, Inc. since September 25, 2017. Mr. Brown served as the Chief Financial Officer of Oldcastle Materials, Inc. from 2008 to 2017. Mr. Brown led the financial, IT, procurement and risk management functions of Oldcastle Materials. He led the finance function and played an active role in Oldcastle Materials's operational management and acquisition activity. He serves as Treasurer of Tilcon Connecticut Inc. His career has focused on the basic manufacturing and construction materials industries for 20 years. He joined Oldcastle Materials as Vice President of finance in 2003, in his tenure, he assembled an efficient finance team from a federation of acquired companies, implemented enhanced financial systems and improved business reporting capabilities and served as its Senior Vice President of finance since 2007. He held various finance and senior management roles of increasing responsibility at Vulcan Materials from 1996 to 2003 and at PPG Industries from 1990 to 1996. Mr. Brown holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in international economics from The George Washington University in Washington, D.C., and an MBA from Northwestern University (Kellogg) in Evanston, Illinois.

Mr. William Kerfin, also known as Bill, has been President of United States Pipe and Foundry Company, LLC since April 28, 2016. Mr. Kerfin has been President of Water Pipe & Products at Forterra, Inc. since April 2016. He served as a Vice President of Sales for United States Pipe and Foundry Company, LLC until April 28, 2016. He was responsible for directing all field sales activities, customer service operations and plant scheduling for U. S. Pipe. He served as Vice President of Finance for Provisur Technologies, Inc. He served as the Vice President of Finance for Griffin Pipe Products Company from March 2006 to October 2010. Prior to joining Griffin Pipe Products, Mr. Kerfin held various positions with Cameo Container, Square D Company, Helene Curtis Industries, Inc., Groupe Schneider and Illinois Tool Works. He served in the United States Marine Corps Reserve from 1985 to 1993. He holds an MBA from The University of Chicago and a BS in Accountancy from DePaul University.

Ms. Lori M. Browne has been Senior Vice President of Forterra, Inc. since June 2016 and also has been its General Counsel and Secretary since March 2015. Ms. Browne has been General Counsel at FAIRPAY Solutions, Inc. since joining in May 2007. Ms. Browne manages work closely with FAIRPAY Solutions, Inc.'s clients in supporting its payment recommendations and resolving medical fee disputes. In addition to supervising the legal defense of payment recommendations, she is responsible for all corporate related matters. She served as an Assistant General Counsel for Mitchell International, Inc. Prior to that, Ms. Browne was an attorney at Weil, Gotshal & Manges, LLP and Fulbright & Jaworski, LLP. She was honored by being named a Best Corporate Counsel by the Dallas Business Journal in 2009. Ms. Browne obtained her J.D. with honors from the University of Texas School of Law in Austin, Texas and received a Bachelor of Arts magna cum laude from Texas A&M University. She is admitted to practice in the State of Texas.

Michael Beneke serves as the VP of Communications of Forterra. Michael started at Forterra in December of 2015. Michael is currently based in the Greater Seattle Area.

Skip Swenson serves as the Vice President, Policy and Programming of Forterra. Skip started at Forterra in October of 2007. Skip is currently based in the Greater Seattle Area.

Susannah Hale serves as the Vice President of Philanthropy of Forterra. Susannah started at Forterra in May of 2018. Susannah is currently based in the Greater Seattle Area.
