Mr. William Bruce Elmore, also known as Bill, serves as the General Partner and Co-Founder of Foundation Capital. Mr. Elmore founded Foundation Capital in 1995 and invests primarily in cloud applications and cloud infrastructure, including security. He serves as an Advisor of Physiq, Inc. (formerly VGBio, Inc.). Mr. Jeffrey A. Miller, also known as Jeff, has been the President and Chief Executive Officer of JAMM Ventures since January 2002. Mr. Miller is an Advisor at Foundation Capital. He focuses on strategic planning and leadership development. He served as a Venture Partner of Redpoint Ventures, Redpoint Ventures II, L.P., Redpoint Ventures III, L.P. and Redpoint Ventures IV, L.P. from January 2002 to March 2006. He has more than 30 years of high tech experience, having started his career at Intel and holding senior marketing and general management executive positions at Cadence Design Systems and Adaptec. Ms. Joanne Chen serves as an Partner at Foundation Capital. She was an Associate at Foundation Capital since January 29, 2015, where she supports innovation in marketing technologies, analytics, drones, and other fast-growth companies. Ms. Chen joined Foundation Capital in July 2014. Before joining Foundation, she served as an Associate at Hyde Park Angels and Hyde Park Venture Partners, where she sourced and evaluated early-stage investments in digital media and consumer. She also spent a summer at Formation 8 and Beechwood Capital in investing roles. Ms. Chen served as an Advisor at Probitas Partners, where she helped venture capital and private equity firms raise billions of dollars from limited partners. She also advised technology executives in mergers and acquisitions and capital raising processes at Jefferies & Company in the Technology, Media, and Telecom Group. Ms. Chen started her career working in engineering roles at Cisco Systems and Nortel Networks. When she was nine, she advertised her webpage design services in the jobs section on PennySaver and ran a small business helping individuals and small businesses create their first websites. She later co-founded a mobile educational gaming startup and went on to build a career in advising entrepreneurs and investors. She serves on the Board of adRise, Inc. Ms. Chen holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the University of California at Berkeley, MBA from the University of Chicago's Booth School of Business.

Mr. Richard Redelfs, also known as Rich, serves as a General Partner at Foundation Capital. Mr. Redelfs has more than 20 years of experience in mobile, networking and communications, amassing a combination of start-up entrepreneurial as well as large company entrepreneurial experience. He served as a Partner at the Foundation Capital. He joined Foundation Capital as an Executive-In-Residence in February 2004. In his new role, he continues identifying new investments and working with existing portfolio companies. He invests in IT infrastructure and security. Most recently, he served as the President and Chief Executive Officer at Atheros Communications. He served as the Chief Executive Officer and President at Qualcomm Atheros, Inc. until March 2003. He also served as the Vice Chairman till March 2003 and stayed on with the Qualcomm Atheros, Inc. until May 2003. He joined Atheros as a start-up with 21 engineers and an Office Manager and left shortly before the company's IPO filing. He served as a Vice President and General Manager, Wireless and Home Connectivity Division at 3Com Corporation. He spent ten years in various sales, marketing and general management positions including the Vice President of Marketing and later Acting General Manager for the Mobile Communications Division, which he helped grow. His other positions at 3Com included Director of Americas Hub Marketing, National Reseller Sales Manager and National OEM Sales Manager. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Operating Officer at Polygon, Inc. He began his Professional career with TeleVideo, Inc., where he held various marketing and sales management positions. He serves as a Director of Transphorm, Inc., Fastback Networks and Cyphort Inc. He serves as a Director and Chairman of ACCO Semiconductor, Inc. He has been a Trustee of Computer History Museum since October 28, 2010. He served as a Director of CBF Networks, Inc., until January 18, 2016. He served as a Director of Qualcomm Atheros, Inc. Mr. Ashutosh Ramesh Garg, also known as Ashu, has been a General Partner at Foundation Capital since November 2, 2011. Mr. Garg is General Partner and Partner at Foundation Capital VII, L.P. He is Partner of Foundation Capital VIII, L.P. He served as a Partner of Foundation Capital. He works with startups in sectors ranging from marketing technology to big data and analytics to online financial services and education. He invests in Enterprise software, cloud infrastructure and data platforms. He served as an Executive-In-Residence at Trinity Ventures and focused on next generation advertising and digital media opportunities. Before joining Foundation Capital in 2008, Mr. Garg served as a General Manager of On-Line Services Business at Microsoft Corporation, where he led the display advertising business and was responsible for strategy and business management for the Digital Advertising Solutions Business Group. In this capacity, Mr. Garg was responsible for building out the business plan for the advertising business at Microsoft Corp. He also led the Yield (revenue) Management function and was responsible for monetizing both display and contextual inventory across Microsoft's advertising network. Prior to this, Mr. Garg worked with McKinsey & Company, Inc., where he served early and growth stage companies in digital media, software/software services, healthcare and consumer services on a range of growth-related issues. While at McKinsey & Company, Inc., he also set up Unilever's Nepal operations and established a values-based pre-sales organization at Cadance Design Systems, while leading its overall strategic planning efforts. He has worked with Hindustan Unilever, where Mr. Garg set up operations in Nepal and Cadence Design Systems Inc., where he led overall strategy for it and established the value based sales organization. He served at Unilever plc. He founded TringTring.com. Mr. Garg worked closely with NASSCOM to develop the initial IT sector strategy for India and co-founded Aptech Internet, in partnership with Aptech Ltd. He serves as a Director of QuanticMind Inc. He serves on the Boards of Fortanix, Opas.ai and Custora. He has been a Director of IndiaHomes since December 30, 2010. He serves as Member of Board of Directors of Yozio, Inc. Mr. Dave Singer serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Foundation Capital since September 20, 2016. He joined Foundation Capital in 2005 and is responsible for the firm's financial management, reporting, and information technology. He is also involved with the firm's operational and administrative management, including human resources and facilities. He started his career at Mohr Davidow Ventures in 2001. He has more than 15 years of experience in Venture Capital finance.

Mr. Warren M. Weiss, also known as Bunny, is a General Partner at Foundation Capital. Mr. Weiss has over 25 years experience in the software industry. Mr. Weiss joined Foundation Capital in 2002 and focuses primarily on investments in emerging software companies, both licensed and software as a service, as well as the clean tech industry. He served as Partner at Foundation Capital. He served as the President and Chief Executive Officer at four public and private software companies. He was a Venture Partner at Charles River Ventures. Mr. Eugene A. Trainor III, also known as Gene, CFA is the Chief Operating Officer at Foundation Capital. He joined the firm in August 2010 as the Chief Operating Officer. He manages day-to-day operations at Foundation Capital. Prior to joining Foundation, he was with New Enterprise Associates for ten years serving as an Administrative General Partner and the Chief Operating Officer responsible for all day-to-day non-investment activities. During that time, he was instrumental in setting up offices in China and India while firm assets under management doubled to nearly $12 billion. Mr. Trainor joined NEA in 2000. Prior to joining NEA, he served as an Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Cramer Rosenthal McGlynn, LLC. He was also instrumental in structuring a minority sale of the firm to a large nation bank. He served as the Chief Financial Officer and Controller of a Mid-Atlantic venture capital firm. Mr. Trainor served as a Member of the Audit Group for Ernst & Young, LLP. He serves on the Board of the Families of Spinal Muscular Atrophy. He is also on the Board of Sponsors of the Sellinger School of Business at the Loyola University Maryland. He learned the basics of operations management well. Mr. Trainor is a C.P.A. charterholder. Mr. Charles Peter Moldow serves as a General Partner at Foundation Capital. Mr. Moldow invests in startups in fintech, martech and consumer tech solutions and services. He served as Partner of Foundation Capital. He joined Foundation Capital in 2005 as a Venture Partner. He served as an Advisor of LiveOps, Inc. since November 2003. Before coming to Foundation Capital, he was part of two teams that successfully built companies from early start-up through greater than $100 million in sales and exits near or above a billion dollars. Mr. Moldow served as a Senior Vice President of Client Development of Tellme Networks, Inc. since January 2000. Mr. Moldow founded Home Network. Prior to Foundation, Mr. Moldow was with Tellme Networks for five and a half years and including served as its Member of the founding executive team. Prior to Tellme moving to its enterprise model in 2001, he led business development, advertising sales and international. He served as a Senior Vice President of Sales and Business Development at Networks Inc. He served as a Member of the founding team of Internet access provider @Home Network. Mr. Moldow incubated the initial idea for @Home while at TCI Cable and served as its Vice President of Business Development since 1994. He served as a Vice President of Business Development for At Home Corporation. He worked to secure long-term distribution deals with the nations largest cable operators over the first two years. Mr. Moldow established the @Media Division in 1996 and over the ensuing three years helped establish @Media as the leading broadband media provider. He served as a General Manager of MatchLogic, Inc., since 1998. Mr. Moldow co-founded OnTime Guide and PrimeTime Partners. Mr. Moldow spent three years in the Mergers and Acquisitions practice at Merrill Lynch. He has been a Director of Motif Investing, Inc since July 7, 2011.
