He served as an Executive Director of Raptor Mabwe Minerals Inc. until December 5, 2011. He is a Co-Founder of the school's Executive Program in Marketing. He served in the U.S. Navy in Nuclear Submarines from 1979 to 1984. He lectures in the business schools of UCLA, University of Indiana and the University of Mainz in Germany.
