Mr. Larry L. Enterline has been the Chief Executive Officer of Fox Factory Holding Corp. since May 2013. Mr. Enterline has been the Chief Executive Officer of FOX Racing Shox since March 2011. He served as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of COMSYS Services, LLC since 2006. He has been a Partner with the Charlotte, North Carolina law firm of Kennedy Covington Lobdell & Hickman L.L.P. since March 2005. He served as the Chief Executive Officer of Strategic Management, Inc. since September 2004. Mr. Enterline served as the Chief Executive Officer of Vulcan Holdings, Inc. from April 2010 to March 2011. He served as the Chief Executive Officer of COMSYS IT Partners, Inc. from February 2, 2006 to April 2010. He served as Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer and President of Venturi Partners Inc. from December 2000 to September 2004. Mr. Enterline served as Chief Executive Officer of Venturi Partners Inc. from December 2000 to September 30, 2004 and served as its Chairman since December 2000. From 1984 to 1989, he served as the Vice President of Marketing and Sales with Bailey Controls. From 1996 to 2004, he served as Senior Vice President and General Counsel of Venturi Partners, Inc. He also held management positions in the marketing, sales, engineering and products areas with Bailey Controls Company and Reliance Electric Company from 1974 to 1989. From 1989 to 2000, Mr. Enterline served in various management roles with Scientific-Atlanta, LLC served as Senior Vice President in charge of its worldwide sales and service organization. From 1990 to 1996, he served as a Partner with the law firm of Robinson, Bradshaw and Hinson, P.A. With over 30 years of industry experience, he has held numerous senior executive positions. He has been a Director of Fox Factory Holding Corp since June 2013. He has been a Director of World Acceptance Corporation, since 1994. Mr. Enterline served as a Director of Concurrent Computer Corporation from October 18, 2005 to July 14, 2017. He served as a Director of COMSYS IT Partners, Inc. since December 2000. He served as a Director of Mabwe Minerals Inc. since October 18, 2004. He served as a Director at Pacific Intermedia, Inc., since October 18, 2004. He served as a Director of Venturi Partners Inc. since December 2000. Mr. Enterline graduated with honors from Case Western Reserve University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering and earned his MBA from Cleveland State University.

Mr. William H. Katherman, also known as Bill has been Senior Vice President of Global Operations at Fox Factory Holding Corp since February 24, 2014. Mr. Katherman served as Vice President and Managing Director of Asia Pacific Region at Scientific-Atlanta Inc., since 1999 and is responsible for region-wide sales, marketing, engineering and customer support team from its Shanghai location. He was Vice President of Supply Chain at Fox Factory Holding Corp from September 2012 to February 24, 2014. Mr. Katherman joined Scientific Atlanta in 1990, served financial management positions which focused primarily on its international expansion. In 1996, he served as General Manager for Scientific Atlanta's China Joint Venture and relocated to Shanghai. Prior to joining Scientific Atlanta, he worked with General Electric's Financial Management Program and spent 10 years with GE in various Financial Management positions in the Aerospace and Major Appliance businesses. He serves as the Chairman of Scientific Atlanta Shanghai Company Ltd. He served on the Board of Directors for Cable and Satellite Broadcasters Association of Asia. Mr. Katherman holds a B.S. degree in Business administration from University of Kansas in 1980.

Mr. Thomas M. Wittenschlaeger, also known as Tom, has been Vice President and General Manager of Powered Vehicles Group at Fox Factory Holding Corp., since January 2015. Mr. Wittenschlaeger served as Principal Executive Officer and Chairman of KeyOn Communications Holdings Inc. from December 19, 2011 to 2012 and serves as its Chief Technology Officer. Mr. Wittenschlaeger served as Principal Financial and Accounting Officer of KeyOn Communications Holdings Inc. since December 19, 2011. He served as Executive Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President of Mabwe Minerals Inc. from March 15, 2004 to December 2011. Mr. Wittenschlaeger served as the President of Nantronics, Inc. from 2012 to 2015. Mr. Wittenschlaeger has also held various executive-level positions across multiple industries, including 16 years at the Hughes Aircraft Company. He is a seasoned technology executive who specializes in business performance improvement, resolving underperforming or undervalued businesses and unwinding complex, multi-dimensional challenges in a pragmatic, value-enhancing manner generally involving position enhancement in the marketplace as well as the application of affordable, high leverage technology solutions. He accumulated 25 years of experience in the high technology products and services sector including positions Honeywell. From April 2001 to September 2003, Mr. Wittenschlaeger served as Senior Vice President of Corporate Development and Chief Technology Officer of Venturi Partners, Inc. From 2000 to 2002, he served as Senior Vice President and General Manager of ViaSat Satellite Networks, the commercial arm of ViaSat, Inc. Mr. Wittenschlaeger spent 16 years at General Motors and Hughes Electronics in a variety of positions. He served as the Chairman of Lantronix Inc. until May 14, 2012. He has been Director of Mabwe Minerals Inc. since March 16, 2004. He served as an Independent Director of Lantronix Inc. from September 25, 2007 to May 14, 2012. He served as an Executive Director of Raptor Mabwe Minerals Inc. until December 5, 2011. He is a Co-Founder of the school's Executive Program in Marketing. He served in the U.S. Navy in Nuclear Submarines from 1979 to 1984. He lectures in the business schools of UCLA, University of Indiana and the University of Mainz in Germany. Mr. Wittenschlaeger has authored and is pending on 12 Raptor patents related to distributed core transport architectures and processing. His awards include the inaugural Malcolm R. Currie Innovation award, the Buckley School Silver Medal and numerous military decorations. Mr. Wittenschlaeger is a 1979 graduate of the US Naval Academy, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering and Postgraduate Work in Nuclear Engineering. He is a graduate of the UCLA Executive Program in Business.

Mr. Mario Galasso has been the Chief Technology Officer and Executive Vice President at Fox Factory Holding Corp since February 14, 2017. Mr. Galasso served as the President of Business Divisions at Fox Factory Holding Corp since February 24, 2014 until December 6, 2016 and served as its Senior Vice President of Business Divisions since January 2013 until February 24, 2014. Mr. Galasso served as a Senior Vice President of Business Divisions at Fox Factory, Inc. since January 2013. He served as Vice President of Bicycle & Corporate Engineering and Corporate Senior Vice President at Fox Factory, Inc., from February 2012 to February 2013 and served there from February 2003 to January 2013. Mr. Galasso earned a BSME in Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute in 1988.

Mr. Zvi Glasman has been the Chief Financial Officer at Fox Factory Holding Corp since January 2008 and serves as its Treasurer and served as its Secretary. Mr. Glasman first joined Fox Factory Subsidiary in January 2008 as Chief Financial Officer, initially as a consultant until his employment under the same title in September 2008. Mr. Glasman served as Chief Financial Officer of Motive Eyewear, Inc., an eyewear supplier, from 2005 until 2008. From 2003 to 2005, he served as Chief Financial Officer at Marshall & Swift, a software company focused on providing valuation solutions to the insurance and real estate industries and from 2001 to 2003, he served as Chief Financial Officer of RealTimeImage Inc. (RTI), an internet infrastructure company providing imaging products and services for the graphic arts and medical communities. Mr. Glasman is an inactive certified public accountant. He earned a BS in Finance from Pennsylvania State University in 1985.

Mr. Mark Meldrum has been President of ST USA Holding Corp since October 2016. Mr. Meldrum acted as the Chief Financial Officer for the subsidiary. Before Sport Truck Inc. was acquired by Fox Factory in March of 2014, he was the Chief Financial Officer and acted as the Internal Trustee for its ESOP for 10 years. Previously, he was the minority owner and Chief Financial Officer of a Tier I aluminum die casting business as well as owner/operator of 5 franchise restaurants in Southwest Michigan. He began his career as a commercial loan officer after obtaining his MBA degree in Finance and International Business from Indiana University and undergraduate degrees from Miami University.

Mr. David Haugen, Esq. served as General Counsel and Chief Patent Counsel at Fox Factory, Inc. Mr. Haugen serves as Corporate Secretary of Fox Factory Holding Corp. and has been its Vice President and General Counsel since February 14, 2017 Mr. Haugen was an attorney with the law firm Patterson & Sheridan, L.L.P. His practice encompassed all areas related to intellectual property, including patent and trademark preparation, prosecution, litigation, licensing, opinions, portfolio management, copyrights, trade secrets and mergers and acquisitions and commercial transactions. His clients included both domestic and international corporations. Mr. Haugen served as Patent Counsel for the multi-national oil field service company Weatherford International, Ltd. Mr. Haugen worked in research and development in the oil field service and defense industries. He is a named inventor on over sixty U.S. patents. Mr. Haugen graduated with his Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A & M University and received his Juris Doctor from Loyola Marymount University, Los Angeles.
