I enjoyed the practice teaching session.
They see employees as people first. Standards are high, but support is always there. Leaders are always there to help.
Communication, paying their staff, scheduling, pay, hiring, pay, expectations, pay, planning time, pay, collaboration, pay, not talking down to teachers about their own subject, and pay.
The company is very Republican and has strong capitalist values. The priority is the customer. Students are called a customer. Teachers are undervalued. There's a lot of corruption and lies. Company will probably get sued or collapse if teachers unionize.
