My team was full of hard working people. Honestly we were all overqualified for our positions. My team was great about helping each other out, which was often due to the heavy workload and our team being understaffed 90% of the time.

It was very easy to get hired. The manager did the hiring, as there wasn't an American HR team until last year. I had a screening call and then a quick meet and great video call and then was offered the position.

The culture is great because it has to compensate for the intense workload and tight turn arounds. It was more of a trauma bonding sort of culture, where of course we're all going to help each other because we're all stuck in this bad situation.
