What is the best part about your compensation package?
Unlimited PTO, and the insurance packages with Cigna were decent.
Flexibility of work schedule, annual bonus, and equity shares in a start up.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

What are some of the best things about your team?
My team was full of hard working people. Honestly we were all overqualified for our positions. My team was great about helping each other out, which was often due to the heavy workload and our team being understaffed 90% of the time.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture is great because it has to compensate for the intense workload and tight turn arounds. It was more of a trauma bonding sort of culture, where of course we're all going to help each other because we're all stuck in this bad situation. Everyone is pretty friendly and helpful where they can

What did you like most about the interview process?
It was very easy to get hired. The manager did the hiring, as there wasn't an American HR team until last year. I had a screening call and then a quick meet and great video call and then was offered the position.
