Mr. Imran Jafar is a Partner at Gaja Capital Partners. He has over 14 years experience in private equity, pharmaceuticals, and information technology services. He has co-led investments in the education and consumer clusters. Prior to joining Gaja, Mr. Jafar worked in a variety of roles of increasing responsibility in Wipro Technologies and Dr. Reddy's. He holds a Masters degree in Software Engineering from BITS-Pilani and an M.B.A. from Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore. Mr. Jafar also spent two terms at the Fuqua School of Business, Duke University as part of an exchange program.

Mr. Sanjay Hiralal Patel is a Senior Partner and Managing Partner of European Principal Finance Business of Apollo Global Management, LLC and has been its Head of Europe since January 2014. Mr. Patel joined Apollo Global Management LLC in 2010 as the Head of International Private Equity. He serves as Head of International Private Equity and Senior Partner at Apollo Management International LLP. Mr. Patel serves as all-around Head of Europe at AP Investment Europe Limited. He Co-Founded Gaja Capital Partners and serves as its Advisor. He served as an Operating Partner and Strategic Advisor at Gaja Capital Partners. Previously, Mr. Patel served as a Senior Advisor and Co-President at Greenwich Street Capital Partners, L.P. from 1998 to 2003. He served as the Head of International Private Equity since 2010 at Apollo Global Management, LLC. In past, he served as a Partner and Managing Director in the principal investment area from November 1996 to January 1998; in the leveraged buyout department from 1987 to 1992; and in the mergers and acquisitions department from 1983 to 1985 at Goldman Sachs & Co., where he served as a Co-Head of European and Indian private equity for the principal investment area and joined as an Analyst in New York in 1983 in the merger and acquisition department. Previously, Mr. Patel served as a Co-President at GSC Group since 1998 and also was a Senior Advisor. Previously, he served as Senior Advisor and Co-President at Greenwich Street Capital Partners II, L.P. Previously, he served as the Chairman of the Board and Director of Atlantic Express Transportation Corp. since November 1998. He has been a Director of Sigma Electric Manufacturing Corp. since October 17, 2007. He serves as a Non-Executive Director of RiverStone Insurance Limited. He serves on the Board of Directors of Dish TV India. In past, Mr. Patel served as a Director of GET Holding, Brit Insurance, Expro International Group Holdings Limited until November 13, 2009 and The Endemol Group. Previously, he served as a Director of Sun Healthcare Group Inc. from February 2002 to February 2004, ISS World Services A/S since May 2005 and ISS A/S from May 2005 to December 2009. Mr. Patel was also educated at Eton College in the United Kingdom, where he was a King's Scholar.

Mr. Ranjit Shah is a Co-Founder, since 2004 and a Managing Partner at Gaja Capital Partners. He has led several of the firm's investments across sectors. Mr. Shah has over 32 years of India based experience in corporate management and multiple sectors including private equity, telecom, technology, luxury goods, financial services and consulting. His corporate experience includes senior leadership positions as the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer in the telecom, technology, and export sectors in India including BPL Telecom. Mr. Shah's entrepreneurial experience includes co-founding a finance company providing asset finance for professionals. He has also made venture capital and private equity investments in technology and engineering services. Mr. Shah holds an M.B.A. from the Ross School of Business, University of Michigan, Ann Arbor and a B.Tech in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Mumbai.
