Their institution knowledge are rich, however, the transition part are very weak due to no centralized structure/network that allows the transitions.
Complains about the lacking of interpreting service because of lack of requester’s knowledge and ability to work with scheduling team and interprete
I can’t answer because they never step in my department and learn more. To offer their supports instead of getting external consultants to fix the university level issue
