What do you like best about the leadership team?
I can’t answer because they never step in my department and learn more. To offer their supports instead of getting external consultants to fix the university level issue
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Be honest with yourself first. Have an understanding of your own strengths and weaknesses. If not sure, support 360 reviews for all community members. Please stop focusing on "DEI" or "belonging" efforts that are only for show, without practicing the work behind the scenes.
Their leadership style is Socialist or more left Socialist close to Communist style leadership. My manager is more dictator and doing surveillance what I say at work. Manager instructed me to say a limit up to 2-3 words at all.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Performance reviews will not include the pay raise or merit raise.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Their institution knowledge are rich, however, the transition part are very weak due to no centralized structure/network that allows the transitions.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
There is a lack of collaboration and a lack of open communication because of a bad manager

Low morale affects the work culture
Fire executive administration and replace right ones

There was only one round of interviews. It was systematic.

Nothing because it requires me to think out of the box

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Complains about the lacking of interpreting service because of lack of requester’s knowledge and ability to work with scheduling team and interprete
Too much flaws and gaps in system. Gallaudet needs to be restructured and modernize entire
What would you most like to see improved at your company?
New leadership and new open minded management. Remove bureaucracy
