Mr. Peter M. Carlino has been the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Gaming and Leisure Properties, Inc. since February 2013. Mr. Carlino has been the President at Carlino Development Group since 2006. He has been the President at Carlino Capital Management Corp. since 1976. Mr. Carlino served as the Chief Executive Officer at Penn National Gaming Inc. from April 1994 to November 1, 2013. He devoted substantial portion of his time to developing, building and operating residential and commercial real estate projects located primarily in central Pennsylvania from 1984 to 1994. Mr. Carlino has been the Chairman of the Board of Penn National Gaming, Inc. since April 1994. He serves as the Chairman of Carlino Development Group, Inc. Mr. Carlino served as a Director of American Gaming Association until May 2010.

Ms. Desiree A. Burke has been the Chief Accounting Officer and Senior Vice President of Gaming and Leisure Properties, Inc. since April 30, 2014. Ms. Burke joined Gaming and Leisure Properties in April 2014. She served as a Vice President and Corporate Controller of Penn National Gaming Inc. from November 2005 to April 29, 2014 and its Chief Accounting Officer from November 2009 to April 29, 2014. Ms. Burke has eighteen years of accounting experience to her new position at Penn National. Prior to joining Penn National Gaming Inc., Ms. Burke was an Executive Vice President/Director of Financial Reporting and Control for MBNA America Bank, N.A., the world's largest independent credit card lender. At MBNA she was responsible for Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, SEC reporting and periodic filings and regulatory reporting to the Federal Reserve and Office of the Comptroller of the Currency. She joined MBNA in 1994 and held positions of ascending responsibilities in the finance department including Executive Vice President/Assistant Controller and Executive Vice President/Director of Control. During her tenure with MBNA she was also responsible for merger and acquisition accounting and reporting. Prior to her work at MBNA, she spent four years as a senior accountant at Scott Paper in Philadelphia as well as three years as a senior auditor at Coopers and Lybrand (now PriceWaterhouseCoopers) also in Philadelphia. Ms. Burke, earned a Masters in Accounting from Widener University in 1996 and a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from The University of Delaware in 1987.

Mr. Brandon John Moore has been Senior Vice President and General Counsel at Gaming and Leisure Properties, Inc. since January 2, 2014 and serves as its Secretary.

Mr. Steven T. Snyder, also known as Steve, serves as Senior Vice President of Corporate Development at Gaming and Leisure Properties, Inc. Mr. Synder joined Gaming and Leisure Properties in connection with the Spin-Off on November 1, 2013. Prior to the Spin-Off, he served as a Senior Vice President of Corporate Development of Penn National Gaming Inc. since June 2003 and was responsible for identifying and conducting internal and industry analysis of potential acquisitions, partnerships and other opportunities. Mr. Snyder joined Penn National Gaming Inc. in May 1998 and from 1998 to 2001 served as its Vice President of Corporate Development. Mr. Snyder was a partner with Hamilton Partners, Ltd., as well as Managing Director of Municipal and Corporate Investment Banking for Meridian Capital Markets. Mr. Snyder began his career in finance at Butcher & Singer, where he served as First Vice President of Public Finance.

Melissa Sacks serves as the Vice President of Accounting and SEC Reporting of Gaming and Leisure Properties, Inc.. Melissa currently resides in the Greater Philadelphia Area.

John Gibboni serves as the Vice President of Finance, Hollywood Casino Perryville of Gaming and Leisure Properties, Inc.. John currently resides in the Greater Philadelphia Area.
